Poor Stay

0% privacy... unknown persons were accessing the property during night. 3persons were always in the premises. Not a good choice for family stay 0% privacy... Free access for local people which was so uncomfortable. There were always 3people present along with the caretaker

It's not mentioned anywhere that the room is for you alone. Everyone has rooms. So if you want good rooms, you have to pay a good rate and get a good room. Or you can get a room at a lower rate and get something like that. Those are not private rooms.

Decent homestay, well kept, neat and quite spacious. The house had plates spoons RO water etc. The place is a bit away from town or Amrita hospital but you can get Uber/Cabs autos quite easily. There are not many restaurants nearby in walkable distance so you might need to order food.

The Property is Near Amritha, wonderful host. He is very friendly and professional. Always ready with a helping hand. The property has all the amenities of a perfect homestay. kitchen and big living room and dining. The living room has a massive TV with Netflix hotstar and other OTTs. great location, Very close to lulu mall and amritha hospital. Both Host and caretaker are very helpful

The hotel is nice barring an issue that it's kind of at an isolated location. It was difficult to come here at night, as mine was a late check-in, but the staff was cordial and friendly.
