Celesta

During my stay in the morning some confusion was caused by the management. I had just paid for the room with no breakfast. So in the morning i called the restaurant to place my order from the menu provided in the room. When i called the person from the other side told me breakfast is here in the restaurant and in the room it will be chargeable. I went to the venue and asked for breakfast options and he just showed me the way to the buffet. Later they realised i am not someone whose breakfast is included with the room charges. And when i am eating one person comes to me and says it is chargeable which is something i already know. I could have peacefully eaten my food in my room if they could have asked properly. They were very abrupt. I was on the official trip and preoccupied with things i couldn't do the necessary then.

The Celesta is located in a prime location and is very close to the airport. Transportation through cabs, buses or any other mode of transport is very convenient. The Celesta staff is very friendly and helpful. They were prompt with their service and hospitality. While ordering food, please ensure that you tell the chef to customize your dish as per your presence else you might not get as per your expectations. Overall, i was highly satisfied with my stay there and had a pleasant stay.

It was a great experience staying at celesta Celesta during my recent visit to kolkata on 21st april, 2023. I found the bed neatly arranged and the room is quite good. The Celesta is located at a very good locality. Overall the experince was very nice the food is also very good not that expensive a very good Celesta and hygienic and the rooms are very clean really liked the staff as well they are very polite. You get many other restaurants also near by the Celesta property overall a good experince

This location is perfect for travelers due to its proximity to the airport. Situated just a stone's throw away from the airport, this spot offers convenience like no other. Whether you're a jetsetter with frequent business trips or a vacationer eager to minimize travel time, you'll appreciate the ease of reaching your destination.

Hotel is in close vicinity from the airport with some nearby shopping complex. No noise from outside can be heard from the traffic. Food quality was good whether it is tea, or dosa or sandwich. Their chicken lollipop was too good. Though Celesta need a bit of renovation still i would recommend it for others as it is not expensive.

I stayed here with my family and had an amazing experience with them. They also gave a room upgrade to the premium suite which was a very kind gesture from the management. The room service, restaurant food & cleanliness was top notch. Celesta would be my first choice going forward to all my stays in kolkata

It's really nice hospitality of Celesta celesta. I reached the Celesta at 2:00 am coming from bangkok with my family. All my requirements were fulfilled by the management. The room accommodation was very nice. Bathroom was good. The next morning was good. With good quality food of complementary breakfast.

It was nice experience staying in celesta. I found Celesta's hygiene and cleanliness were the best especially in covid situation.

The Celesta room is neat and clean. Service was good. Little problem with wifi and television. The food was good. The breakfast menu is not up to the mark.
