Centaur Hotel

Centaur Hotel needs maintenance badly. The rooms, especially bathrooms are shabby and not in line with the standards it boasts. Inspite of being very near to airport, not having complimentary drop facility is a big let down. Staff can be more cooperative and supportive. Stay here only if you don't have any other option.

The experience is terrible. The front desk support have to improve a lot and due to carelessness of the hotel staff my colleague had to book alternate property. because the bookings done in Goibibo was cancelled by the hotel and lied that it was cancelled by Goibibo.

Tel not working , salty water , no repossess from reception desk . They have to improve service in all aspect

Comfortable stay, although the hotel was running on low occupancy. Their rates were a bit high. Nevertheless, comfortable stay.

TV is not working & even not rectified after complaints. Lightsbare not sufficient. Maximum lights are faulty. Food charge is massive with respect to any other hotels in that region. This hotel was great few years back also but nowadays the service became quite worst. Hotel location & amenities were good previously but now I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was huge but not maintained properly Rooms were clean but the amenities in bathroom and room seemed to be quite old not updated Given the size and location of the property if maintained can leave a mark as a heritage hotel

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room lacked even the most basic facilities, intercom, TV not working . had to wait for 3 hours to get it solved. which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. There was no proper toiletries, drinking water, or even a working fan/AC. Only good part is property is on very prime location with a very big open area for walking and relaxing I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Need to clean Toilets properly room stinks but your food was really good so cleanliness shouldbe upto date

The hotel was closed , since their Air Conditioning system was not working. We were told about the problem after reaching the Hotel. and no message from MAKEMYTRIP to this extent, We were forced to go for alternate hotel in the last minute and has to spend more than the amount paid to your for booking. You may arrange for refund to our account Hotel was not functioning, which Makemytrip was not aware and was not informed to me. This has resulted in lot of inconvenience and additional amount in Transport and room tariff. Please check and arrange for refund

Ac was not working property and in the end it failed. They gave a day and then checked out. Refund status is still unknown

Very clean room if available then they upgrade it coprative staff they are helpful and food is very good andreasonable price
