The location is perfect and just like the name of the Center Point Residency. At the center of all tourist attractions. Hotel is located in a calm place but just few min away from the busy main road which make it easy for travel. Beach and temple are at 10-15 min walk. The best part is they also have rental bike service so it's easy and convenient to take and drop bike and the rate is as per market rate. The owner also guides you with locations and places to visit. There is enough food options nearby and space for parking. Overall, a good and comfortable stay. They also allowed early check-in, arranged for travel to station while checkout. Overall they do the best to ensure your experience is good.

The Center Point Residency was at a very convenient location. Convenient distance from ganpatipule temple, kokan museum and kavi keshavsoot smarak. The restaurants too are nearby. Room was basic and the washroom was clean. I will definitely recommend this place
