Central Guest House

Very bed experience, they can’t run ac. When we paidac. Charge. Not hot water running. Staf very crude. Plz. Cant show this hotel to your castmar

Very very dirty hotel and rooms were very small and wash room very dirty. My personel review is that not good service.

I had to stay for 5 days in the central guest house. The staff were very friendly and helped in every means. They had cctv installed so that there was no compromise in security. Water was available 24x7. The ac and heater were in good condition.

There is some confusion at the time booking is single room double occupancy. Our equirement was 2 sedrate bed in one room as per your photo but they provide one bed for 2 person. If 2 men how they can adjust in one bed. You must specify. One room 2 separate bed on one bed for 2 person. After arguement we settled our stay with extra pay ment. Your-vhf service must ck-ear about this confusion so that there no issue for customer. Hotel person completely blaming on you for this type of mistake. Pols make sure you will take care of such mistake for your growth. Thank you. Pols take such matter seriously otherwise you will-loos customer faith

After arrival at the hotel, they gave a room in the first floor, next day they asked me to change to another room. That room doesn't have a lock. Inside the room, rats are running in and around, there is no space inside, room was like a dog shelter. As i was extremely busy with my job, didn't has tome to go to another hotel, also i paid in advance for 6 days here. Terrible, guys it's my humble request. Don't ever book this hotel.

This hotel is very poor management. Manager behavior is very poor. He shouted with bad words. Manager using bad words on mother and sister. Don't book this hotel.

Very short space for stay. No room cleaning and bed sheet changing. Very slow water. Clean in very poor

Property is very near by mumbai central railway station. Hardly 2 min walk. But it is situated on 2nd and 3rd floor. Rooms are very small. Beds are small. 6*4 bed for double room bed. Very difficult for 2 persons to sleep. And above that all the beds have bed bugs which is the worst. You cannot sleep even for 10 mins in one stretch. All night we were just killing the bed bugs.

Very small room. No cleaniness. No water served during stay. No glass for drinking water. Please mention about no lifts. The rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. Great difficulty faced by me as i am sr citizen. I think you must remove this central guest house and explore good budget hotel in mumbai central area.

Toilet seats were broken and warm water does not come properly

One can't find this so called guest house. Old unidentifiable board on first floor. We can't find entrance easily. Very small room. Small bathroom. It's like rooms in hutment area. Horrible guest house. At first manager refused to give room though it was booked in advance.

Small ordinary rooms, Ventilation for singal room is very poor except road side rooms. Owner and staffs behaviour ig very góod. Location is prime, Good restaurants are available near this hotel. But my advise hotel in not good for stay with family.
