Centro

The Centro is located a bit inside from the main road. The room was spacious, neat and clean however the washroom and adjoining shower area is too small. Some space could have been carved out of room to make the washroom area spacious. They have open restaurant on the ground floor. Though the breakfast spread was limited however made fresh and was tasty. Overall service was quick.

People at reception need some training and clearity regarding extra person charges abed stay facolities, lift was not working, no information provided, 2 senior citizens aged 74 and 72 years with knee injury were forced to climb stairs to 1st floor late night.

Rooms were pretty clean. Bathroom was too spacious and well maintained with all necessary toiletries. Service was also very good breakfast was also very good with various options. Overall it was a perfect stay for a shorter stay.

Its a good cosy Centro. Breakfast, restaurant, room service and cleanliness of premises were the best things i liked. Even it’s in good locality, in city center, near metro station and even nearby to tourist places.

Management has thought about immaculate details for the client's pleasure and relaxed stay. One doesn't have to think about what, how and when etc. One can relax!

the place is precious, the rooms are clean and tidy, staff is supportive and very quick in response, the food is tasty but also costly, other than that it's good.

the location is perfect. central pune. rooms are fantastic. the amenities are apt for the Centro and the price is also reasonable for a central pune location

The room booked is said to be superior room. But the size of the room is very small. Only extra payment we could get a bigger room
