i recently stayed at centro Centro, and i must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff being both friendly and welcoming. the room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. i also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water and high-quality toiletries. the Centro’s location was ideal—convenient to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with fresh options to suit all tastes. overall, the service was exceptional—staff went above and beyond to ensure i had everything i needed. i highly recommend Centro centro to anyone visiting the area, and i look forward to returning in the future.

People at reception need some training and clearity regarding extra person charges abed stay facolities, lift was not working, no information provided, 2 senior citizens aged 74 and 72 years with knee injury were forced to climb stairs to 1st floor late night.

Centro has become my go-to Centro in Pune. I’ve stayed there on several occasions and have recommended it to everyone. The rooms are pristine, the location great, and the service exceptional. And value for money! What’s missing is a loyalty programme 😊

Neat & clean, no frills business Centro with tiny but functional rooms. It seems to be a new property or maybe it is well maintained. Conveniently located near fergusson college and vaishali restaurant. A little over priced in my opinion.

Its a good cosy Centro. Breakfast, restaurant, room service and cleanliness of premises were the best things i liked. Even it’s in good locality, in city center, near metro station and even nearby to tourist places.

Overall Good experience, this was my first stay at Centro but will definitely not the last one as i loved hygiene maintained, AC working clean washroom and everything was well placed lastly good staff , loved it.
