Total waste of money, and nothing available or as shown and food is terrible

the hotel is nicely built with spacious rooms.However the bathrooms needed more upkeep.Alsobthr toiletries were ordinary The shining point is the breakfast..very nice

Rooms not worth the money. There was no towel hanger in the toilet. The overall cleanliness for such a price was lacking. Breakfast was also not so good and well kept.

Room was very untidy, ac was not working, only free channels on tv, towels very very dirty inspite of putting gst number while booking they are not ready to give gst bill and fighting no breakfast was ready till 7. 50 am i have called customer care mmt also but not solved

Room was not ready even till 12 am late night, where checkin timing was 12 pm afternoon. Breakfast was terrible, unhygienic, sweeping staff and guest eating together breakfast.

Hotel ambiance is good and friendly service. It is good location and easy access to near by hotels.

Best stay in poonamallee high road, rooms are neat and washrooms are somewhat hospitality is so good.

There was smoke smell in the room despite me requesting for non smoking room during booking. No chair available with the table. Kettle was not so clean. Booking does not make 24 hour check out available.

Very bad experience v had here. V booked the suit room which was not maintained and in one fan was not working, ac was becoming on and off regularly, bathroom was bad, not clean not maintained. Wil never come back to this place ever again

I booked room delux room ac with twin bed option for 2 persons but they had given a very small single room.

Location is good, food in restaurants is manageable but breakfast was horrible. Amenities were not upto the mark. Lift was not working for a day more than 20 hours.
