main location in Ernakulam easily approachable to MG road and Chittoor road. Ample Car parking available. Good restaurant also available

Good hospitality by the hotel management and staff , maintenance job and upgradatiion of the hotel work going on , but almost care has been taken so that guests are not disturbed, Food quality is very good and non vegetarian clients will love the dishes , however on vegetarian side more variety 😋 to be included

Good stay. Room is clean. Good for a business trip stay. Only negative is that i found a centipedes in the bathroom.

Place was clean and sanitized. One negative is that although they provided a towel, it would have been better to give 2 towels as that was mentioned in the booking.

Location excellent, food is very good, only hich restaurant opens only by noon, kettle not provided, service is very good.

dear makemytrip team , the booking was on time and my arrival morning 5 am to ceylon bake house and took few minutes to check in .. food was also served on time , even during late night the food was on time .. good hotel to stay...🙏. very few images available ... may be next visit we can plan for more images ...

Location is good. Breakfast not available in the morning. Restaurant opens after 10am only. Toilet tissues not provided.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, one side mg road starts, we can go by walk for shopping and the other side is south metro station and ernakulam south railway station for convenient travel for several locations.

A good stay with neat rooms and nice room service. Their hotel is in the first floor and therefore we need not go anywhere else to have food.

Booked non ac room. The room was poorly ventilated and was too hot to occupy. This was despite the fact that the weather was somewhat normal. I had to shift to an ac room paying extra amount. Cleanliness was average. Hot water was not available in bathroom. Breakfast started too late. By about 9. 30. Overall experience was not good
