Chakrah by Hermitage

I found this Chakrah by Hermitage on Makemytrip. The beautiful room pictures caught my attention. Thanks to makemytrip for amazing discount (almost half the price). We checked-in, the rooms were as beautiful and comfortable as it looked in the pictures. All the amenities were in good running condition. The rooms are fresh and cozy. We received excellent RO service, dining service in the rest. , staff were friendly and very cooperative. They accepted our request to make milk shake from the mangoes that we were carrying (it was a surprise/delight). We even met the owner who was also very humble. If you have just entered Rishikesh and don't want to travel further to laxman jhula or shivpuri, this is the perfect choice of Chakrah by Hermitage and location away from the crowded area near jhulas. It is located couple hundred meters away from AIIMS. Most recommended.

I was at the Heritage Rishikesh just for a day but everything about it right from the booking via MMT to the checkout was a very pleasant experience. The room, location, staff, food, everything was good and I'm glad I made a choice to stay at the Rishikesh Via MMT. It had a good amount of crowd and for a sunday morning buffet breakfast (which was also very nice by the way), but despite that, the staff was very polite specially Manager is very cooperative and quick to attend to used dishes, answer queries, refill necessities, etc. But the front desk staff were not well trained and they misguide me. It was total value for money and had a very good 'human touch' throughout.

Nice Chakrah by Hermitage to stay in. Very clean and tidy Chakrah by Hermitage and rooms. Good service and food was good. 4 km from ram jhoola. Away from congested area and public auto is available on front gate. If you are on your personal vehicle then take the turn from IDPL gate towards AIIMS. And if not personal vehicle then from koel ghaati you will get auto to Chakrah by Hermitage. Landmark is Seema Dental College.

The room was ok. The food was good But the room service was bit slow. Breakfast had limited items But good to taste. Location is ok. On an average it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean But the interior seems to be bit old. We have stayed in a family room.. The room was big enough for a family. But the cost for extra bedding was bit high. It doesn't worth so much for a single matters and a pillow.

The rooms were clean and tidy with adequate space. The food was really good. The management is a bit lazy to answer your service requests but still I was not too unhappy with that. The Chakrah by Hermitage is away from crowded area was quite peaceful staying at this Chakrah by Hermitage. You need to read your bills carefully as they may charge extra.

We stayed in an excellent family room. It was clean and proper facilities in the toilets. Though the Chakrah by Hermitage services are slightly expensive, but timely food was provided by the room service. Also, we walked down towards AIIMS and opposite to the gate of AIIMS was the river Ganges which was nice to walk in the morning.

I really enjoyed the stay at Chakrah by Hermitage heritage everything is fine but they just need to work on bathroom facilities.. There was no proper hand wash and no sops were there we asked from these stuff. Overall staff is good and Chakrah by Hermitage is also good. Food is also good and they should start room service.

This is an average budget Chakrah by Hermitage. The location is close to AIIMS Rishikesh - which is a plus point. The front desk is average. Restaurant - food quality is good and servings are sumptuous. However, do not bother asking for early breakfast/ coffee - as they open only after 8. Overall experience is Okay.

Good place to spend night with or family only if you book with makemytrip because the discount provided by them was very high. All the facilities provided by them were also of top class. Most loved part was the speed of WiFi ..

Hotel is good, service is nice. People are nice and helpful. Location is kinda far but still you can get local cabs for like Rs. 10. Overall I enjoyed my stay and food is good as well. Just getting anything there is kinda hard.

For a night halt the Chakrah by Hermitage is ok and in covid situation it should be more hygienic and safe

I would appreciate and recommend to stay in this Chakrah by Hermitage. Hotel was clean and approachable. Food is OK. Staff was good and helpful. We all enjoyed there. I will definitely will stay there again and suggest everyone to stay. I booked it through make my trip.

The Chakrah by Hermitage is in a very good location, and not difficult to find. The place is safe and the staffs are very helpful. Would definitely like to visit again in the future. Thanks.

Location is very nearest to Laxman Jhula, staff was very warm and generous and food was really awesome.

Nice place with balcony n really clean room

Room was neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. But the restaurant facility was very average, they didn't have half the things that was mentioned on the menu. Overall it was a nice stay except the food.

Room were clean and spacious. Staff behaviour was good. Overall its a good place to stay.

Hotel location is good, Chakrah by Hermitage located in a peaceful area. I am a solo traveler and I found this place is safe. Staff cooperative and friendly. They help in guiding us about the location and drop to Airport. Food you must taste their lemon masala tea and pasta.
