CHALSTON BEACH RESORT

A nice property in north goa situated very near to the beach. We had initially booked a superior room however after reaching the property we were highly disappointed with the quality of the superior room. It looked like the room hadn't been renovated in years, and the curtains were so thin that people from outside could view inside the room. The room felt very ordinary for the price we had paid for it. We expressed our disappointment to the management and they said we could avail any other room in the same category however to our disappointment almost every other room was more or less similar. Then they showed us the deluxe room which is what we were expecting for the price we had paid. They asked us to pay extra if we wanted the deluxe category and we took the upgrade since we didn't want to ruin our holiday in that pathetic room. So people looking for comfort and luxury make sure you opt for the deluxe room only which is actually quite nice and there is a drastic difference in the quality of the room compared to superior. Rest the breakfast options are pretty limited but they are tasty nevertheless. We also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and muat say the food was good. Their restaurant gives a direct view of the beach which is a very pleasant sight. You can also relax at the restaurant in the evening and watch the sunset from there which makes for a great view. Overall a nice property if you are willing to stretch your budget.

The resort is very well located in terms of beach access as well as proximity to the busy beaches of north goa i. E. Calangute & baga. The staff is cordial and the service is prompt. The pool(s) is nice & clean. However there size is nothing to write home about. Also, please be sure while making the booking because superior category rooms are not at all well located and don’t have access permission for the newer pool. Only book deluxe & above category if you want to enjoy the property. The crown jewel though is the their restaurant which is one of the best sunset viewing points. It also serves reliably good food. The breakfast is not a very lavish affair but has sufficient variety & is cooked well.

The hospitality in the property is awesome. You name anything you want it is there. They never say no. The room is very very spacious, superior room easily accommodates family with 2 teenage kids. It gives a fontainhas touch. Also if one wants very modern room opt for delux rooms. Restaurant is simply great right in front of the ocean. Opens directly to calangute beach with absolute privacy. Pool is medium size. Though property is full most of the times it doesn't feel crowded at all. Car parking is open area. If you don't want to miss your netflix @ bedtime, just sign in their tv with wifi no fuss (plenty and more wifi for all kids )felt truly @ home. No second choice. Absolute value for money.

Located by the beach. It was a large green well maintained property. Rooms are large with additional beds in the room we selected. Rooms were well maintained and regularly cleaned. Front desk was extremely helpful. Restaurant is bang on the beach. Breakfast spread was decent and restaurant staff were courteous and extremely helpful. We had lunch and dinner once at the restaurant which was good. Food rates appeared comparable to outside, maybe even less than few outside restaurants. Beach is front is clean and not crowded. There is a water spray next to the restaurant to clean yourself before returning to the room. We used the swimming pool once, it was clean. Overall an excellent stay

I booked this resort after a very long research and review reading. We visited the resort in november 2022. And the resort was as depicted in the website and reviews. Plus points 1)beach front huge property 2) breakfast has a nice spread and slumpcious. 3) superior rooms are big enough for 4 pp l and neat and clean with separate balcony for evening sit outs 4) swimming pool was good and maintained well 5) beach accessible from resort and is clean and less crowded. 6) beach front has lounge chairs and beach beds for enjoying sunrise or sunset or just wonderful views. 7) has good restaurants nearby if one wishes to eat outside

The resort is really good with lush green ambiance. The food in their resturant is awesome. The beachfront view is relaxing and peaceful. Only issue we had was with the superior room we got. The individual building looks very old. After the first night most of us started getting allergy. Was totally down by second night. Some issue with the ac, or poor ventilation. There was a suffocation feeling too. Realized that we got allergic reaction from room only by the time of check out. We felt itching too. The toilet flush had some complaints.

Actually the property is excellent. It’s a good place & well maintained. We can confidently recommend for our friends & family. Very friendly atmosphere. Thanks makemytrip for make this happen. Sureshvenugopal. We have booked tickets for 7 persons. The resort doesn’t have a triple sharing room ( they will provide mattress on the floor for the third person) so we have checked 6 persons ( 3 rooms) can you pay back the amount paid for the one who has to take another room.

We stayed at CHALSTON three night and felt it was too short. The property spread in large area. neat and clean, very well landscaping, Gardening is also good. Pool 🏊🏻‍♀️ is fine and Bar area also good. Safe and Hygiene level achieved. One of the most place is Restaurant, which is nearest to beach. The view laterally awesome. Food is really good. Very good service. Rooms are so clean and wide. Safety Standards almost covered. Staff is polite and well disciplined.

The resort is located at calangute beach. It is spread in a big area just adjacent to the beach. The staff is very polite and supportive. You get the true goan vibe. The food served in their beachside restaurant is very delicious. They have a very clean swimming pool and well maintained gardens. Loved our stay.

It was an wonderful experience at chalston. The food was great, the stay was excellent, the property was exquisite. But the overall cherry on the top was the view of the ocean from the restaurant section of the property. The property is an actual beachfront property. No gimmicks! chelston will surely amaze you the staff is really courteous!

As it's beach property,there was very good rooms,garden.. staff was polite and they can provide u all the kind of traveling options..Food and cafe was amazing 😍

Location was good. Resort is situated between two most famous beaches of north goa, calangute beach and baga beach. We enjoyed alot.

Property location is best. Having a pool at one end and beach at other. The stay was very hygienic and safe. Restaurant is located at beach side and it is awesome. All food menu are tasty and nicely served. As per my opinion only breakfast menu need to improve in variety.

resort is on the beach which is awesome and with amajing food not to much expensive but high on pocket . .....security is great 👍. amajing trip.....
