Chanaka Eco Camp ( Adventure Assam)

Host was very good and friendly, staff are very polite and the rooms and bathroom are clean. Overall a wonderful experience. The views are awesome.

My girlfriend and I moved from Guwahati. It was easy to find the location and the road was overall good,we enjoyed every second of our journey. When we reached the Camp,they welcomed us and took us to our cottage then served us water. The overall condition of the cottage was nice,it was clean, all the blankets, bedsheet, pillow cover were washed and fresh. The behaviour of the staff members were very friendly, they served us every thing on time in just one call. Let me talk about the food... They offer a variety of dishes from veg to non-veg. Overall taste of the food was 9/10 but the price was a little costly (but it didn't bother us). If you ask me what I would rate the stay out of 10? I would definitely give a solid 9. My advice: Get some time and must visit this peaceful place.

The location of the resort is good, you have good sunset views, food was good as well but due to the extreme heat the tent inside gets heated up and that something to be looked into, though there was a stand fan provided but it wasn't able to match up the heat. The behaviour of the owner and staff was very good.

Stay was perfect, very nice host. Food was excellent, location is mesmerizing. Will experience again in the next winter.

The location, food and services are good. Hospitality and housekeeping are up-to-the mark. Need to improve on the facilities and amenities though.

The camp is located on the banks of the river brahmaputra with hills on the three sides. The swiss tents are neat and very well maintained. Food is tasty. Would love to visit again

The trip was fine, stay was good. Only the dinner was not upto the mark, chicken was very bad

We travel-led as a family and were disappointed with the hygiene levels. Though one can understand that you can't expect hotel class hygiene in a camp but the bathroom and even the drain flowing underneath the room was just too stinky. The linen too was not upto the mark. A peep into the kitchen and you can judge the cleanliness levels. Overall, we would want to give it a miss next time we are at this location for a holiday.

Natural beauty is really beautiful but scope of improvements are there like hygiene. Toilet and food.

The access to the resort is bad. The tents are too small and no cooling facility available.

It was a moonlit night. It’s difficult to describe in words the beauty of this small valley between the hills. On one side there is sand plains of Brahmaputra. Forget about the good quality non-veg meals they supplied, tasting typical dehati. They showed excellent hospitality to their lone guest that night. Night stay is highly recommended till the place gets crowded.

The location of this Camp is awesome and literally a gem. The hosting is so good from the Side of owner Mr. Sharma, he is very friendly. The Camp was very good and having complete natural surroundings and distant from city's fast life. I will say, it's a must stay place.

Location good, but the Road to reach is bad and there's a Brocken bridge for which it's very difficult to reach the spot. Staff very good.
