Chances is an excellent, no nonsense, land casino in Goa. They only have a few tables. But it was fun. The hotel rooms are really good. Excellent AC. Excellent swimming pool. Clean and well equipped bathroom. We were hosted in the new building which has newer rooms. Customer service was top-notch - headed by Angela and Team. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff is very courteous , right from the receptionist to the bell boy , the front desk was so welcoming and also they helped me with 4 and half hours early check in as u had arrived at 830 am .. overall very good stay , food is amazing

They want to 4 people to use the same white tooth brush for 3 days. Difficult to keep it separate lol. And bath towels will not be provided on chech out day. Use the same old ones. What a policy. Service not so good.
