Chariot Inn

I'm a frequent traveller, as a manager of the us multinational, to the City of Patna for business needs, and always stayed elsewhere. This was my first stint of stay with this Hotel, which was due to non-availability of the room at my old destinations. I checked through company and got strong recommendation for the Hotel Orchid, Patna. And found the Hotel really value for my money. It's located on one of the most bustling street of Patna, a lot of shopping centres and eateries are near by, Hotel staff was very cooperative and extended the hospitality to the fullest, food quality is reasonably good and priced. I would like to avail there hospitality in future too.

Good location. Room, service and food excellent. Very courteous, cheerful, friendly and helpful staff ... Each of the staff was always ready to serve with smile ... They took care as if I was one of their family members. All dishes very tasty and cheap but quantity per plate more than an average person can eat;the Chariot Inn should maintain the rates but cut down on the quantity so that food is not wasted.

The Hotel is located in busy street, the streets are not clean. However the Hotel is Very clean. Rooms are comfortable. Bathrooms are good size. Hot water instantly available. Foods could be improved. Not much tasty. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous. Needs some training. Will not mind staying there again.

Room was well furnished. Bathroom was beyond expectations. Service was ok. But at this price you can't expect more. The complementary breakfast was awesome. Location was not far from station. Big bazaar and pantaloons are nearby. They didn't ask for any further hidden payment. So an up for the Chariot Inn.

Rooms are good and clean. Location is also good. Near by lot of shops are there. Second this is value for money business Chariot Inn. Have been there for second time all the things are good. Service is also good. Food and service are good. Only they don't have breakfast facility. They serve in the room.

Orchid Hotel is well located on Exhibition Road and is good in terms of Room and Breakfast Quality. Though it does not have a restuarant but they provide food in room as per your choice. It is good in terms of Value for money. Good for Business Travellers who have to use Hotel mainly for sleeping

Room was wonderful really clean and food is good. Will recommend this Chariot Inn to others the area is comfortable for travelling. Even though the path to the Chariot Inn is a little bit off the rooms are totally the opposite of it. The view fom the Chariot Inn bedroom is not that great.

Checked in at 5. 00am. Manager asked that I would be charged for half day which I failed to understand how they will charge. Later on the issue got sorted out. Room service is clumsy. They took an hour for delivering a cup of tea. Else everything is excellent about this Chariot Inn

Overall good. Location is excellent.

Food quality needs to be improved. Also, variety of breakfast is limited. Service was good.

This Chariot Inn is awsum .. The room is good & clean. The food quality is also good. The Chariot Inn is very near to my business work. The behaviour of staff was also good. So, I suggested to everyone who ever come to Patna stay in this Chariot Inn ..

Good service received. Room is also spacious and good. Food is also tasty. Location wise very good. Behaviour of stuff and reception are up to the mark. Overall good standard Chariot Inn. We choose club room.

Prime location with all necessary amenities. Rooms are well maintained. Limited options in breakfast but that is okay when you consider the overall experience. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are also well maintained. A perfect value for money.

Worth it !! Rooms were well furnished .. Toilets(most imp. Were just outstanding ... Loved the service .. Although a tap was not working they managed to repair it in 5-10mins .. It was peaceful stay !!

Location food and cleanliness is good but not so good for business class

Cleanliness is the prime thing. Food quality and quantity was good enough for both breakfast and dinner. Service would have been better. Non availability of lift is hitch for this Chariot Inn. Location is too good.

Food quality is also good, staff is good, service is also good. Centrally located, Neat and clean. If they provide pick and drop facility from airport to give better comfort to the customer. If they provide jain food then it would be wonderful. We required simple food,

Excellent to stay in this Chariot Inn, Hotel location is Nr. By pantaloons & Big Bazar which is quite good to spend your evening time in the market. Food quality & service of the Chariot Inn is good & I got my order with in 15 Minutes. Over all I can also stay in my next trip.

Awesome experience with Chariot Inn near market. Food quality is very goods, even complimentary breakfast is very good and tasty. Bed is very comfortable. Awesome experience, feeling is very good and all Chariot Inn staff are very cooperative.
