1 - great location, 2 - starting from liftboy to reception employee, everyone is super humble and helpful. 3 - rooms need an upgrade but they are super clean, washrooms are neat as well. Dental kit, shampoo, lotion etc was missing and it was not pure kept 4 - breakfast menu needs an upgrade as the items are limited. 5 - area wise, nariman point is at walking distance, opposite to that a famous kulfi shop is available (must try. Overall, excellent place and stay.

the stay was comfortable and a very homely stay. The staff were very cooperate and attended the guests promptly to their needs very satisfactorily. would recommend, for a budget stay in such a big cosmopolitan city like Mumbai. would like to put up.in the same Chateau Windsor on my next visit. This was our second stay in this Chateau Windsor.

We stayed for 2 days. Overall it's good property to stay near marine drive. Also location is near to churchgate statio so easy to go anywhere in mumbai.. We had breakfast for both the day it was good. Staff is really nice they are always ready to help you. I recommend this Chateau Windsor for stay with family.

Hotel chateau windsor is located very near the marine drive. Affordable, clean and family friendly. Very courteous staff. Truly a value for money. There is no in-house restaurant, which i see as a drawback. But you can order in from your place of choice

Amazing location, very close to Marine drive. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is average but not bad. Breakfast has very limited option. Staff is supportive and helpful. It is exactly on main road and just 2 min walk from Marine drive.

Nice room, good and clean bedding, we had a room on the side it was not to much noice. Service very good, great thee in room service. Fridge was working in the room and clean. Overall a good experience

Stayed with my family for 1 night. It’s a simple but very well kept property with all required amenities and excellent service. Great location and absolute value for money. Would surely like to come and stay here again.

Location is prime. Marine drive is just 500 metres and you can just walk away to it. Rooms are a little small in size but should be fine for short stays. The staff is courteous.

Hotel is at prime location with nice rooms. All landmarks of south mumbai are just a walk way. Must stay if visit south mumbai with moderate budget
