Chateau Windsor

Me and my wife stayed in the Chateau Windsor for one day. I need to say that the appearances are deceptive from outside. The view from the outside of the Chateau Windsor is just like a regular normal Chateau Windsor. But once we enter the room it was completely different. Amazing it was. The staff was really good and courteous. They didnÂ’t trouble us for anything and we too didnÂ’t trouble them. The location of the Chateau Windsor is great. We had a very pleasant stay here. The only trouble I found was with the air-conditioned they didnÂ’t have a remote control. So we decided to put it off due to heavy cold air rushing from it. I thank the Chateau Windsor staff for making our stay a memorable one.

I had booked this Chateau Windsor as a last choice as I didn't get rooms in other Chateau Windsors that I normally prefer in churchgate. To my surprise, it turned out to be quite a pleasant stay. The external appearance of the Chateau Windsor wasn't promising nor the old style lift. But the contemporary room with all possible faciliites was really a pleasant surprise. Wi-fi came at an additional cost (Rs.100 per hour - expensive) which I thought was part of the room rent. Room service was adequate. Location is absolutely great - right next to The Ambassador and just a stone's throw from the Arabian sea. Relatively value for money.

Room size is quite good. Rooms are neat and clean, bath rooms are neat and clean. Air conditioner was not cooling. It took one day to fix it. Tv works well. There is no inhouse restaurant have to order it from nearby restaurants. Menu card of restaurant is available. No in room facilty of tea/cofee. Location is very good. It is very close to marine drive and church gate. Breakfast menu is very limited to 3 -4 items and repeat. No fruit/fruit juice(except banana. Overall good Chateau Windsor to stay with some limitation.

The Chateau Windsor was first of all located at Mumbai's happening place. Nariman point, amidst the Church Gate Metro Station, Many restaurants like Kamling, Gaylord etc. The Hotel Staff were very pro active and helpful in giving service.They also had Cab service which made my trip easier. The rooms were spacious and clean. Getting a room in Mumbai at this price for this kind is really difficult.Its really a worth staying here!We also got complimentary breakfast free as per the package.What more does any one want?

I went there with my Mom and dad and we booked a 3 seater standard room and it was so spacious with balcony. Rooms and entire stay was so clean and the staff is so cool that we extended our stay to 3 days instead of 2. The place is historic and even the staff is so old. You literally enjoy their hospitality, felt like home ❤️. Best part is it's just walking distance to queen's necklace, Marine drive pizza by the bay, and the churchgate all the other sightseeing places are just in close proximity..! Thank you 🌼

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Chateau Windsor. Everything about the Chateau Windsor was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We we’re upgraded to deluxe room after reaching the Chateau Windsor. The bed is spacious for 3 ppl. Room is clean with all the required facilities. They provide hot water at morning. Best part was the polite staff. They are always ready to help. They don’t have dining service. You can order food from nearby restaurants. This place is just a min away from marine drive. P. S if you are travel-ling cab, landmark would be next to ambassador Chateau Windsor.

1. Big spacious and clean rooms. 2. Courteous and helpful staff. 3. For lunch, dinner or snacks one has to order from nearby restaurant. Thru provide with plates, spoons and other required cutlery. Tea is available within Chateau Windsor. 4. Breakfast is available in Chateau Windsor as well. 5. Located very near to marine drive. One can easily visit colaba, gateway of india and marine drive as all these places are very close

Value for money, clean, location is good

The Chateau Windsor is near to Churchgate Station and marine drives. Clean and spacious rooms. Value for money. Great location.

First the plus. Location is superb just walking distance from Churchgate station and just a stone throw away from iconic stadium restaurant and K Rustom and sons ice cream parlor. Just a few steps from Marine drive to spend a leisure evening. So location wise its terrific. But the rooms are old and a bit small. If you happen to stay there don't opt for breakfast, totally not worth it.

The Chateau Windsor does not look impressive up to the reception. But they make up with their thoughtfulness and service. We got a deluxe room in their renovated block and it was basic, clean and neat.

Excellent location. Reasonable pricing. No restaurant but that's hardly and issue given the location. Service was excellent, the front desk and the room service being top order. Clean room and bathroom.

Had a brief 1 night stay on the eve of new year at the lovely Marine Drive.

For business travel it's great

I travel-led with my family and i must say i had a very decent experience there. Hotel staffs are very helpful, price is also within the budget considering its location. Also note that they provide free breakfast (with limited option) but they do not have restaurant service so we had to order food from zomato.

So nice of Chateau Windsor staff, property located on footstage of marine drive.
