My stay at Cherai Beach Residency was truly enjoyable. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making the entire visit feel comfortable and pleasant. The amenities provided were really good and added to the overall convenience of the stay. The room and facilities were well maintained, ensuring a relaxing experience. The food was okay — not exceptional, but satisfactory. However, the excellent stay and great service more than made up for it. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would happily recommend Cherai Beach Residency to others

We had a great experience while traveling from mumbai to kochi via cruise all our hotel and flights booking are done through mmt i had great offers and good location selection thorugh various filters available in app

just 30 metre away direct sea view both from window and balcony will make you feel ecstatic with sea waves sound swimming pool especially separate kid section is wonderful for small kids .for kids only 2 feet depth and for adults only 4 feet depth pool is ideal very neat and clean swimming pool

I booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child, but they assigned us a small couple room that was not clean. They charged ₹5000 for this tiny room. The property owner’s behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. Due to this, we had to check out immediately at midnight.”Very worst experience.

we were two families stayed in the upstair with beach view one room was big enough to accomodate 2 adult and 2 children how ever another one was bit small. extra beds were provided with out any additional charges . Dinner was very expensive . The breakfast was complimentary and they didnt't serve it on time .only idly was available .they were giving idly like prasadam we had to ask again to get more idlies which was embarrassing. only one guy was there to serve and he was giving weird look and uttering some words in bengali if we ask something to him.

location is good.but a little inside of town.food is good.there is not much of amenities. staff is good.

It’s a very nice property very near Beach also we stay in First floor with Beach view it’s very amazing and very peaceful stay in our family also we used Swimming Pool it’s so gooood.... and we locate the stay very easy and food is in Kerala type is very superb ....Really we enjoyed and safely with our family also Stay staff are very nice behaved and care with hospitality....

Good location, with direct view to sea. Clean rooms. Food is average, not exactly what we meant, but tasty. Pool is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very courteous and helpful. One of the two rooms had some water leak issue in washroom.

Location was perfect with beachfront access. The staff were polite and very helpful. The facilities were good and the hosts were just great. We had a great time!

Stay was very relaxing and amazing staff was always ready to help the owner couple was also very welcoming and helping we had a great stay there room was having very fine view of the beach very nice experience we had 5 stars. Room view

I was given room in a different hotel, break fast was just idly, bread and coffee, make my trip, should see to that these things don’t happen

the room is excellent and clean, the swimming pool experience is good and food items are a little bit to be improved. overall rating is good 👍

The stay was good. Hosts were really nice. The room was okay. A little over priced. The only issue we faced is that the air condition needs cleaning. We both were sneezing and coughing after we put on ac overnight.

I traveled with a group of 7 people, my home stay was very good because of the host, who has taken personal care of every guest and their needs. Very neat and clean property, well maintained swimming pool, very polite and cooperative staff, good food with reasonable price. We need a taxi at midnight for airport dropping, the owner personally taken care and arrange the same. I reiterate my stay was great due to hospitality, comfort, location and staff.

It's not good experience as per price of the resort not so much facilities. Rooms are too small, food is taste less. Only good is staffs. Not for value of money. There is no near by hotel to take food. It's far from residence.

Wonderful stay. All employees were very cordial. Special thanks to the owner who himself took care everything personally. Highly recommended to all
