familyFirst of all this was the most worst experience i have had there was no soap in the room. If we ask for soap thy told there is no stock and u please get from near by shop and we have ordered a coffee in the morning the guy came in a jug and he ordered us to get the cup we will pour the coffee inside like we are working there. No hospitality instead of staying there even a lodge would have been better. Morning breakfast was very average pillow and bed spread are in not in white it looks like gray colour not washed properly. Wat i m trying to say is even a small hotel has better arrangement the amount we are paying we expect a decent stay

1. Room smells bad 2. Heater not worked on 1st day then room changed 2nd day 3. Not proper maintenance and charges calculations. Asking extra money from customer for their wrong calculation.
