A pleasant stay with family near the city with hill view. The property is very close to main city with a well-organized stay setup. We stayed with family for 2 nights during winter. Suite rooms are most recommended for stay if one is looking for serene & spacious location. Although, there's no food option at the property, one can order from online apps & enjoy the meal with scenic view. More than caretaker, owner mr palani & manager mr gogul are very responsive & cooperative. If some basic food arrangements, bonefire & indoor games are added, it would be one of the best choices in ooty for homestay. Thanks to chettinad for a nice experience.

We had a delightful stay at chettinad avenue. Good, clean and calm environment. Good hospitality, proper hygiene is maintained. Owner and care takers were very helpful and has good behaviour towards guests. Care takers are available 24x7 and are really pleasant and helpful. We had taken suite room with a balcony. The view was great. Will definitely recommend this property.

The location of the homestay was accessible from the ooty main bus stand. It was very clean, cool and peaceful and we really loved staying in chettinad avenue. The host was an extremely cooperative and helpful gentleman. Similarly, the general staff at the homestay were very helpful and took good care of us so as to make our stay in ooty, comfortable and memorable.

It was a great accommodation. The host took really great care of us, provided us with a suite room though we booked a deluxe room. The location is amazing, best spot at Fern Hill- got a beautiful look of the city from the top. The washroom was really clean and aesthetic. I would recommend everyone coming to ooty with a family to take this accommodation.

It was nice experience staying at this place, but it's on hill, it became very difficult to reach Chettinad Avenue | Hill-view Rooms, without own vehicle or cab. We can't reach by walk from bus stand.
