I had an amazing experience staying at Chettinad Avenue in Ooty. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The ambience of the place is peaceful and well-maintained, with great attention to cleanliness throughout the property. One of the highlights was the balcony view absolutely beautiful and refreshing. A special mention to the uncle who manages the place – he was very responsive and supportive, always ready to help with anything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend Chettinad Avenue for anyone visiting Ooty, especially for families looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay.

Awesome place, great hill view. Shivraj is the Manager (Palaniappan is the host). Shivraj is a great help in terms of everything, parking help, food, travel planning.. two ways to reach this place...RBI holiday homes was my preferred.

Care taker Siva Rajan sir co - ordinated very well with us. Owner's response also is also good. They help you in your need. Rooms are good. One suggestion is - please clean the moulds in the room

Maintenance is going on in the property. Parking is not inside the property. Somehow you can park nearby. The care caretaker is very humble and really caring. He supported and guided. The owner is also available for anything on call. But for the amount we paid, its not upto that much.

It was a great accommodation. The host took really great care of us, provided us with a suite room though we booked a deluxe room. The location is amazing, best spot at Fern Hill- got a beautiful look of the city from the top. The washroom was really clean and aesthetic. I would recommend everyone coming to ooty with a family to take this accommodation.

Chettinad avenue was really a home away from home

The location of the homestay was accessible from the ooty main bus stand. It was very clean, cool and peaceful and we really loved staying in chettinad avenue. The host was an extremely cooperative and helpful gentleman. Similarly, the general staff at the homestay were very helpful and took good care of us so as to make our stay in ooty, comfortable and memorable.

We had a delightful stay at chettinad avenue. Good, clean and calm environment. Good hospitality, proper hygiene is maintained. Owner and care takers were very helpful and has good behaviour towards guests. Care takers are available 24x7 and are really pleasant and helpful. We had taken suite room with a balcony. The view was great. Will definitely recommend this property.
