no breakfast. i need refund for the same. we got no breakfast apart from cornflakes at 10:30 am as there was no kitchen staff available till 11 am. would want a refund of additional money we paid for breakfast. also the room was too small to accommodate three people, no toiletries in bathroom

First things first. It is not a chevron hotel. It is ranikhet (army) club. What a shame. We booked it thinking it is a chevron property. Besides this the staff of ranikhet club was excellent. Great service. The club has no view whatsoever but is centrally located

1. Located opp. Military hospital. Zero connectivity. 2. No market. 3. No conveyance. 4. Now-where displayed the name of hotel. Noone in the vicinity knows it by name cheveron, not even go-ogle search. It's ranikh, which is deserted, may be due to corona.
