Location was good plumbing in room is disaster food is so so rooms were great very costly...but not worth it

Location was very nice quiet and calm. Srvice and food was good . Love to stay in the property as the area is surrounded by lush green forest.

We stayed for 2 nights at this property near Sillari Gate, Pench. The stay experience is rated as satisfactory, not that good. Though the property is good, with extra spacious rooms, the room service and the facilities like Wifi, TV etc were pathetic. The food quality was average with room service poor. Even the complimentary things like Tea, Coffee, milk sachets and water bottles were to be demanded and only then provided. Nearness to Sillary Gate of Pench Tiger reserve is a plus point but the access road is bad, needs to be properly built. The resort needs to improve on these aspects so as to ensure better stay experience for the visitors.

huge rooms with friendly staff ... going by the negative reviews for food on mmt , I was surprised that the food quality is good too .... only area they can improve upon is the main gate opening ...in case if one doesn't get network ters no way u can get it opened ... over all a nice experience ... and their dog 'baahubali' 😀💪🏼 is one of the friendliest canine one can meet

Location is good but approach road is very bad, room is good but but water facilities is very poor. Food quality is bad as per charges. But room service staff is good.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, beautiful campus. Very near to sillari gate. Food was good and served in good quantity. No good road to reach the property, it's a kaccha road for around 500 meters ( mini safari. Google location is incorrect so check with the property before reaching.

1. Google map shows wrong path to chhatwal tiger resort. This path does not exist. At evening when it was dark outside, near forest area, no help around, no phone network & with family. I was searching for this remotely located resort. Very scary & bad experience. 2. At resort tv was not working, so no entertainment. 3. Due to remotely located resort, food items were limited.

Terrible road to reach the resort, lack of services like tv, wi-fi, late delivery service for food and poor quality materials used for food.

Staying experience was quite good. But food was not up to the mark. The property is under construction and only one staff is there for everything. Otherwise it was nice stay.

Very bad experience. Booked 2 rooms at chatwal tiger resort. But after reaching there they said they are overbooked and no rooms were available.

Best in sillari just 2km from sillari gate budget friendly neat and clean cottages with delicious food highly recommended

I stayed at a place that had some good parts and not-so-good parts. The location was really good, like a 4-star, in a nice and easy-to-reach spot. The surroundings were also nice, with a 4-star feeling. The room was comfy and had good stuff, like a 4-star place. But the people who worked there weren't as helpful as i hoped, so the service gets only 2 stars. And the food was not tasty at all, just 1 star. So, overall, it was okay, but the service and food need to get better for it to be really good.
