Lack of staff, absolutely unprofessional, limited menu

The overall stay was comfortable, no one disturbed us during the stay. Also the check-in and check out was hassle free. Only concern was with food options and cleaning of rooms. During our stay of 3 days no cleaning staff came to clean the rooms. Overall i will say it's an average experience and will visit again if the above things can be improved

This place was an absolute nightmare. The so-called "hospitality" was non-existent. Despite what they advertised, there was no room service, no housekeeping, and the kitchen might as well not exist because there was no food service available. The staff were beyond useless—they were downright rude and hostile. It's clear they have no idea how to treat guests and lack even the basic decency to guide people around the property. The entire experience was nothing short of a disaster. This place is a joke and an insult to anyone looking for a decent stay. Avoid at all costs.

The door was not properly sealed and there is a high chance of insects coming in at night. The bathroom is indoor and open. So it was uncomfortable because of all the odour and absence of privacy. I definitely felt it was not worth 2500 rupees.

Food menue is pretty small and nothing much in the list. No room delivery and rooms are not air conditioned. For the cost, its average, not much of a deal but rest amenities and everything is fine.

Property under renovation, foul smell always, rooms are good but no air conditioning. Theres an option of open shower which is good. Plenty of open place outside the room which are private. Roofs are some kind of sheets, with the cooler provided its unbearable during day, but night it is fine. Gates will get closed by 9 - 10 at night and morning we need to intimate the care taker to open the dates. Restaurant will open only by 9 am. You need to go out for a morning tea. Only 2 bottles of water provided in a day and additional will be on cost. There are plenty of chikkoo trees around. No amenities at all. Just for a casual stay without any expectations. 1800 for a pax of 2 per room. Over all just avg
