clean rooms great location easy acsess yo mall road. staff was very coperating . they even arranged for our local visits (paid) food was okay but fresh .. easy checkinn and checkout

this is very bad experience in i can't expeln it.i leave my trip in one day.there lot of dirtyness in room and bathroom.there very bad smell in the room.

Room condition is very vad, not like a charge of Rs 3k/dau Water facility extremely bad condition No hygiene maintain by the owner. It's a totally waste of money. If I have not paid charges of the hotel - I will not stay in this for single hour.

Dirty rooms, dirty linen, small room no space to move, non professional staff. room located on hill top , difficult for elderly person to climb up, dirty smell in room i would have rated zero if option of zero would have been available only view from hotel gallery was good , direct view of Naina Lake

Worst experiance ever.me itna ghumi hu lekin me itna ganda hotel .geyser bhi nhi,staff supporting nhi,bohot jyada upar hai, wo jo likha hua hai ki 500 m uspe matt jana thak jaoge pohochte pohochte,aur room me scorpio tha ,bathroom me badboo aur bathroom me bohot jyada sheval hai.trip pe matt jana agar ye hotel lena hai to.positive review matt dekhna pachtaoge

room and toilet is very dirty staff of this guest house is very loose nobody choose to this Guest House for stay

Washroom were dirty… room was not so clean, there were many holes in badsheet, and the worst thing is if you were going to ask for hot water for bath the denied and told that after 10 there is not hot water available.

Image of rooms did not matched with make my trip. Rooms, blanket. polliows, are very dirty. cleanjng service is zero. bathroom and toilet are smelly. According yo price is, Dharmshala are much better than it property

We had a terrible stay, we stayed for one night, rooms were dirty, hairs all around the washroom and bedroom and bed linen as well. The washroom is dirty, no cold water morning time around 7 am. The hot water pressure is very low. it takes 15-20 minutes to fill 1 bucket of water. The rooms were not in good condition, needed immediate maintenance, totally different rooms as compared to pictures available in the web site

Hotel is good , staff behavior is also very nice , location is on the height . Some cleaning issue , if they resolve this then hotel is very very nice. Dinner and tea very nice

Excellent experience. Very helpful host. Clean n hygiene. On little bit height but lake view was worth staying. Couple friendly n food was also good

It's very difficult to reach the property because of so many stairs and at higher altitudes from lake & mall road, complementary breakfast is too little to satisfy. Food quality average. Only the plus point is beautiful view of lake.

Very poorly maintained. Exhaust fan in toilets not working & bathrooms are so dirty. Bed sheets & quilt covers are so dirty and full of smell. Tvs also not running in the rooms. Reception boy also not courteous. Any how spent night hours. Approach is also after climbing nearly 60-70 stairs up. Terribly stayed.
