Wonderful property and location wise it is a perfect one. We stayed in Two in a den and it was worth it. Food was good, but definitely can be improved. Staff was polite. Management is fine. We will look for it in future also definitely.

Excellent resort, good parking spaces, and beautiful scenery from the hotel. But it is very costly for the offseason also. And even there food is also costly. But the food is good in taste. Please work on your price for the offseason and weekdays.

we booked the room with jaccuzi. Had a bad experience with the jaccuzi as the temperature in Bhimtal was cool and we didn't get hot water. We tried calling the housekeeping staff but they failed to provide us any solution. don't book jaccuzi

The location of resort is good, have very good cafes near by. Food was good. Amenities average, room size good. Services quality on lower side. Had to call multiple times for basic things like extra bed, extra pillow, towels.
