The stay was amazing. Location was simply outstanding. They have enough people to serve the customers which is really amazing. Food was also good. Room size was super sufficient. Only the rate was on higher side due to festival.

The overall service was good but the cost was very high for every extra added thing and because of which we had to had our breakfast and dinner from outside restaurants even in rains. We wanted room's for extra one hour and even after requesting we didn't get late check-out of even one hour

The serenity and natural beauty around the property are truly rejuvenating. The room service staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay There was also ample car parking space available, which made things convenient. However, the room itself could use some maintenance. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, and the room showed signs of wear and tear. Another downside was the lack of network connectivity and the poor Wi-Fi signal, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, it's a great place if you're looking to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature – just be prepared for some basic comfort issues that need addressing.

From the moment we arrived, the service was unwelcoming and disorganized. The room was not ready despite our on-time check-in, and once we got in, it was in poor condition – unclean, poorly maintained, and lacking basic amenities. The staff appeared disinterested and unresponsive to multiple complaints. Housekeeping was either delayed or entirely absent. The food quality was subpar, and hygiene standards in the dining area were unacceptable. To make matters worse, facilities advertised on your website were either unavailable or under maintenance without prior notice. This shows a clear lack of transparency and disregard for guests’ expectations. Overall, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements. I will not be recommending your property to others unless major changes are made.

Overall service provided by host was excellent . Rooms provided was neat and clean , ambience was aslo good , good place for family to stay . Restorant provides decent food according to quality.

Great view of mountains, Greenery, Near By Sunset Point Peaceful Place. Basic Amenities, Service is good, Staff behaviour is good. Food is Good, you can choose breakfast included in package, they have basic items poha, bread butter , Samosa , South Indian items etc.

Highly recommended for families! The ambience is truly great, providing a perfect escape with its plush green surroundings – excellent for stress relief. Plus, the swimming pool is wonderfully clean.

Ambience of resort is very nice as so much greenary is there. Well maintained gardening and restaurant area. Game zone is also good for kids. Rooms are very decent and family friendly. Best family resort in saputara. It is located at main area. Parking area is also good. I recommend this resort if you want to stay at saputara. Breakfast is very excellent and pure vegetarian restaurant is there.

Nice view of table point, well maintained garden. Swimming pool and Badminton court is the Favourite one for me.
