Terrible Stay

This place is a homestay where the owner and his family lives downstairs. The rooms are surprisingly too small and somewhat lacks privacy. Please read and understand all the policies before booking this stay as some of the basic leisures are not allowed. We were offered a room that was connected to the owners mother room with a small and fragile gate and had another window that opened up to the kitchen. Looking at that condition and our situation we had no option but to leave the property. The owner refused to return the money after several requests from us and the MMT team even when the room was booked a couple of hours before the request for cancellation.

1. Rooms offered, no Mr. Anuj.. You choose the room and it was terrible to hear from you that... Can't you give us your Mother's room as you were four people and want interconnected room even when you book 2 diff. type of rooms (1 on ground and 2nd on 1st floor). 2. After entered in property you ask... We came here to Party (drink-smoke and chill)... And said... Sir-ye sab to "CHALTA HAI" no way Mr. Anuj.. Chalta hoga... Aapke hisab se magar jab aapko hamne kaha ki aap agar guilty paaye gaye then you will be ask to immediate check out.. You preffer to Quit. 3. We assure you, That If we get another booking... Then we will surely refund your 100% amount.. Just "text us that you are agree for this" so we can open the inventory.... But you were not ready for this. 4. None of ours room have a window open to kitchen (both the windows are open in rear side gallary) anybody.. Any time can check this. 5. You said we book both rooms as a combo... It is up to you only that you make (as per your convenience) two rooms (one on ground floor and another on 1st floor) a combo. 6. You said.. Booking time per "sab cheejen kaun padhta hai", we suggest please... In future you surely go through all

I must say that as and when you acknowledge me about non-functioning of AC..I offer you the adjacent room of same category but you deny (actually we don't want to shift because there is no need of AC coz of our little child).....so please always give a fair review.

Its difficult for us to keep the whole luggage in room (after check out) till evening. Even then we always provide the guest (to you too) to park there baggage within the property till evening.

The only matter we talked about was to keep yours baggage in room(after checkout at 10 am) and again I humbly want to say that it is not possible to keep it in rooms coz we need to prepare room immediately for next guest. You know you were provided a place to park your entire luggage within the property (even I show you a camera is there) and you avail that facility.

Had a wonderful stay at lake pichola hotel. Probably one of the best locations to stay near lake pichola. It has a beautiful view of the pichola lake and gang-or ghat. The service is also great. Really enjoyed my stay here!

I am solo traveller and found this homestay as like in home, owner of the property is so calm and supportive. If you are travel-ling to explore is the best option to stay here, all necessary facilities available with hygiene# easy cab and bike ride from uber can be taken.

Pleasant stay

We stayed here for 2 nights. Property location is great as it is at walkable distance from city palace, gangaur ghat and vintage car museum. Rooms were spacious and clean and received proper sunlight. Hosts were really sweet. And we ordered breakfast from them which was also delicious. In all, it was worth the penny.

Pleasant home stay

It was a wonderful stay for our family at chitrangan homestay. The location is at centre for most of the popular locations in udaipur. You can just go by walk if you like and enjoy your time here. Auto facilities are also available just near by to the homestay. All i can say it was a good homestay with ajay and mam. Thank you.

Dear mr amit. I am replying you point wise. 1. You book(pay for) std. Room and you were expect premium (which was not even vacant. How is it possible. 2. You neither call nor phone for any reason. Then why a care taker comes and disturb you to ask for anything between 11 pm and 05. 30am (you left at 5. 30. I hope you remember) 2. You call from station and in less then 10 minute time (with your backpack) you reached 2 kms away chitrangan. I dontbunderstand about "hard to find" anyway thanks for visiting and your review.

The property is at walking distance with all the major site seeing spots. The owner is polite and property is big and clean. However, if you are looking for a place to stay with all amenities at your doorstep then it lacks here. For tea and warm water you have to request them separately and these are available on chargeable basis. They will give you access to kitchen in which you can cook, make tea and warm water. These are again on chargeable basis. Overall the home stay is a quiet place and an average stay. The charges are not justifiable and can’t be counted as luxurious stay.
