Lacklustre stay in a good location

Horrible check-in process. Rock hard bed / mattress. Shower head in the bathroom totally useless and blocked. Needs replacement. AC in the hall very weak. Would not stay here again ever. Location was good but not good enough to temp me to tolerate such a rundown apartment.
