The Chocolate Box Dal Lake is right on the Dal lake with lots of tourist activities around and seems bit busy place. The Chocolate Box Dal Lake has all the basic in room facilities (don't expect hot water/ tea kettle and other luxurious bits) and decent common Chocolate Box Dal Lake space. Overall good room for short/ overnight stay and definitely value for money. The staff is very polite and helpful. Note: Be mindful of food you order. We have had a very good breakfast but not so good dinner at the Chocolate Box Dal Lake. But it could be just one off experience.

The Chocolate Box Dal Lake is located just opposite dal lake ghat no 12 which makes it centrally located to most of the attractions within the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. We ordered breakfast during our stay and it was delicious and the quantity was also good. The highlight of this Chocolate Box Dal Lake is its owner mr lateef. He will be there to help you with all your needs and will give you all the information required to make your stay memorable.

The location of the Chocolate Box Dal Lake is the biggest advantage. The rooms are equally good too. I suggest to ignore the size of the property. The rooms on the first floor have a beautiful view of the Dul lake and are better than those in the ground floor. It is located just beside the passport office hence fully secured as well.

It was a calm and satisfying stay here. The owner uncle is himself involved, and guides you through very well, good food, the greatest part is the strategic location, everything is very near from here.
