Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel

The name says it all as it truly built like a palace with very spacious and beautiful rooms! We stayed here for 2 nights. The breakfast was included in our stay andhad a good and different variety on both the days. The staff in the restaurant was very helpful and thoughtful to every need of yours. The gym and play areas with 24 hour access was an added benefit to our stay! It was our first time visit and I chose this Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel after a great research, worth every penny of it! Glad we stayed here!

The Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel is very nice, slightly expensive, but the staff is very helpful. All facilities are good. Need to change sheets after every stay which we felt was not done. Gold is very nice. They also call autos and cabs within 10mins at nominal charges. The location is also good. The rate can be slightly less. Overall, a very nice experience. Thanks chokhi dhani. We stayed 2 nights at chokhi dhani the palace Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel @ jaisalmer. It was excellent property located just 3 km away from jaisalmer city, free from traffic and noise. Property have superb amenities like recreation center, swimming pool, gym, spa and multi cuisine restaurant. Room was big in size, neat and clean and all staff are cooperative. Foods are tasty. U have so many items to have in breakfast. In short it was superb experience for us.

Located on the NH a little off from the town the property is quite good and rooms are very nice. But.. The pool is dirty, the food average and extremely high priced.. Staff were well mannered and courteous but inexperienced. No shades nearby, so had to keep the car under the blazing sun. On the plus the propery offers unlimited wi fi with no size limits.. Overall I would rate the Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel as better than average.

Felt little over paid for the property. The location was good, just 3 Kms from Railway station and 20 Rs auto ride to the Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel! The property was good and comfortable for the Family. My 7 year old had enough of activities in the Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel. Food was good. Only the catch is there is nothing unique about this property. It's the usual run of the mill stuff and little overpriced for that!

Food quality was poor. Hotel is not reliable for online booking as there is no guarantee of room they may get cancel it without informing customer if they have another customer and paying more. Even mine booking was cancelled by then I some how manage one room. Another family with children left no room even after booked via some travel sites. Behaviour of reception person was not adequate and not of a level of 5/4 star.

It's a great place to stay ... Staff were friendly caring and pleseant from the reception. Meal were very good and delicious ... Rooms were good and warm. I highly recommend the Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel to all travels. I would probably choose it next time as I have experienced warm welcome of the staff, excellent service of Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel crew. It's great value for money.

Nice stay with family. You can enjoy indoors games with your family like table tennis, pool, carom. We enjoyed a lot. Hotel was nice staff were good. Nice breakfast which include in our package. Swimming pool was very dirty and they took 2 hours for cleaning. I ordered chocolate shake that was pathetic :( its like a normal milk shake with extra sugar. Overall excellent experience.

When we are go for breakfast than lots of mosquito in the dining area and also not quality good in breakfast, also open the some breakfast. Location is also on the highway, and food is not good very poor quality. And staff service also not good

Had an amazing stay at the Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel. The staff was cordial, food strandard delivered at room can be improved

I stayed here in the month of September and we were the only guests in the Chokhi Dhani - The Palace Hotel. I guess the season starts after oct. Anywys the rooms are clean but bathroom fixtures needs some repairing. We got good service even if we were only guests. Breakfast was good and location is good too not too far from main city.
