The property is located right on the kumbakonam and mailadudhurai highway close to tiruvalanchuzhi. Kumbakonam is reachable in 15 mins by car. The location is placed amid-st the greenery of the place. The place is centrally located for temple visits which is in plenty close to the Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels location. There is lot of parking space for cars but at times it becomes full when there are events such as marriages/parties held in the rear open space of the Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels. This was my first stay in this Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels and it was a very pleasant, comfortable stay. I had specific diet requirements and Mr. Mathi, Mr. Amarnath and the entire restaurant team went out of their way to make sure that I was provided the specific set of diet every time and on time in the entire 4 days of stay. The entire staff at restaurant, reception, room service, security were so smiling and accommodating and they made sure the entire stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious, hot water was always available. Some niggles were there but quickly sorted out. All toiletries were quickly replaced without asking. The major irritant was that the wifi passwords are only valid for 4 hours. And this means we have to keep asking for credentials many times a day. At least this validity should be extended to 24 hours. Otherwise, people who are working will have constant connectivity issues. Another issue were with Towels. They are old, smelly and worn out. The staff did replace them but even those were very ordinary. The Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels has to replace with new fresh set of towels. Finally, phone signal is very poor and it would help if the Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels puts extender to increase the signal strength. Overall, a wonderful stay because of the great staff.

I have visited this property for twice. If you plan to say at kumbakonam this is the best place. My sincere thanks to mr. Amarnath (at restaurant) and amina as well. You will get a best hospitality if you are visiting near by places of kumbakonam/ tanjavur. The service made by mr amarnath and amina are un forgettable. Do visit this Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels/restaurant if you are planning to visit kumbakonam. For non vegetarians try mutton soup, chettinad chicken and prawns curry with rice. For vegetarian one can try the available items in the me u. Complimentary breakfast is at its best. One can find a wide varities of veg options in complimentary breakfast which are a must try. Rooms are really good and you will find your stay at its best.

This Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels is well built and well maintained. We had a stay for 3 nights. Little away from kumbakonam in swamimalai. Very little option to eat outside unless we go to kumbakonam 8 km away. Having said that the food quality was par below standard especially for vegetarians. People come to kumbakonam and swamimalai mostly for temple visits and many prefer clean vegetarian food. This Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels is a disappointment. The water in shower is also not having pressure it is trickling from rain shower. Inspite of good rooms we were not happy. Hope they will rectify these to make it a pleasant stay in future

Positives : - very good quality rooms and bathrooms - very good kitchen, food is tasty - very good restaurant staff - hygiene is excellent all around could be improved : - level of service at reception desk - very less (almost nil) "bell boys, we didn't find anyone and had to carry our luggage (difficult for ladies and kids) all the way to and fro. Property is located on the outskirts, so there is nothing nearby (shops, outside restaurants, have to depend on taxi or own car for transport - if you are looking for easy hop-in-hop-out type entry/exit to/from the Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels in auto or bus, this is not the place for you.

The property is just as you see in the pictures. Loved the rooms, especially the balcony of the premium room. Very spacious. The food at the Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels was good as well. The staff especially the receptionist helen was very courteous and helpful when we had questions on getting around the place. The property is pretty close to the major attractions and at the same time away from all the noise. Definitely recommend this place for couples and families.

Enjoyed the stay. Location was very calm and serene as it is in the outskirts of the town. Hotel building surrounding area is very well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by this Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotels. Well maintained rooms, accessible location and the food was also great. Specially the breakfast menu was kept traditional with rag i kanji and other healthier options. Would love to visit again in-case we got to kumbakonam again.

We stayed in room no. 208. Didn't like the orientation of the room. The card holder position is odd and we need to search for that after opening the room. The washoom is right in the front as you open the door. The water clog in the washroom is not addressed even after complaining

A very pleasant stay, very clean, actually being an archaeological heritage temple town, this type of Cholaa Dynasty - A Bergamont Group of Hotelss very much required.
