Review for Chunda Palace — We booked this Chunda Palace when we were searching for some luxurious Chunda Palaces in Udaipur with a decent price to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Had an excellent experience including (but not limited to) Chunda Palace rooms, amenities, behavior from each and every Chunda Palace staff we met. Got a free upgrade to our room 😃. On our anniversary day, Chunda Palace staff arranged a cake and decorated our room with flower petals 😊. Made our day special. Also they arranged for an exclusive dinner for both of us on top of the Chunda Palace with spectacular view. You can see pictures for the same in this review 😊. Although all the Chunda Palace staff were very nice and courteous, but worth mentioning few Special mentions:: Isha - Front Desk ( for her polite nature and providing us a free upgrade since we were celebrating our marriage anniversary 😊) Ankit & Ram - Front Desk ( for being there right from the day we checked in till we checked out, making sure we have no complaints 😊) Sonam - Restaurant Supervisor (very friendly and made sure we get our drinks and food the way we like it. 👌. Given the dinner time rush, she made sure and managed all guests with equal attention.) Pooja - Restaurant Attendant (made sure our special anniversary dinner is taken care. She personally handled all the food and drinks for our best experience) Suggestions for the Chunda Palace — Breakfast varieties can be little more and can be rotated everyday for it not to be monotonous for the guests staying for couple of days. 😊 Overall Feedback - We highly recommend this Chunda Palace for some great experience specially the ones with some celebration planned. Hotel and Staff will make your day unique and memorable!!

It was a lifetime experience been there at chunda palace. Awesome service at all level is managed well by the staff and management. Each personal at chunda palace is highly understanding, supportive and courteous. They responded and solved each of my query on time without any delay. Staff and service at royal cuisine is well served by mr. Chunnilal and ms. Sheela, i want to personally thank them for taking care of our dinning at the palace. I stayed there with all 3 generations, like myself, with my 9 year old kid, my wife and with my 70 year old father and at all level not even a single gap was observed. I extend my thank you for the manager ms. Nisha verma, for hearing, understanding, analyzing and after internal follow-ups taking care of one of my doubt. Finally, once again thank you so much everyone and for sure i strongly recommend everyone to stay at chunda if you wish to take your experience at next higher level. Soon i will back again to have another stay at your location.

Great terrace view good food. Lovely property, imbibes the culture, arts all over the place. Picturesque. Courteous staff large spacious room from starting category, surely gives luxuries of rajputs. In monsoon, at night avoid candle light dinner as it attracts insects due to open space and you don't want that. However they another dining hall, which i did not try at night, but since it's a closed one i think you won't see much insects hovering around. Toiletries were apt. Connected to city and attractions. I had a wonderful time.

We had a really wonderful experience. It has best palatial interioirs, good food, staff is helpful. The people who love art & painting & want a different 5 star experience must go for it. We got upgraded & the room was just great. We enjoyed & liked our stay. Plus it was a holi, so did see the owner offering goodies & music with colours. The breakfast is good on terrace with nice viwe of city palace & taj. Well it's not on the lake but the view is good especially on terrace restaurant. Just needs to be lit up a bit more go for it

Beautiful property with a rich history. Very spacious classic big rooms with big bathroom. The staff is really good and provides great customer support. Ankit from the front desk was really great. He helped with the places to see and even helped get breakfast ready for early morning flight. There is a restaurant and bar which serves great food. They also have a rooftop restaurant for dining and have a great view of the lake. The location is on the other side of the udaipur from the airport but still a central location

Had a wonderful stay, staff waa extremely polite and warm. They made special arrangements for dinner. Also asked if we are travel-ling here for some special occasion.
Our stay was amazing, every corner of the Chunda Palace has such authentic feeling. Well decorated and each wall has some significance or history. Couple of points that can work upon 1. Check the washroom flush, it was not working properly for us. 2. The locks were not proper. Also, nor working for us. Other than that no complaints

Good location, magnificent interior design with exemplary paintings and art work within the Chunda Palace. Wonderful hospitality, everyone speak good fluent english including the waiters, a heritage place to stay. Staff are all well groomed. Art work within the Chunda Palace will keep u mesmerised throughout your stay. Food is good. If one has a special interest in paintings and art work, then this is the place to stay. This place will leave a trail of unforgettable memory

Took this casual trip after along time, destination selected was udaipur, had a wonderful time overall and chunda palace was the best bet, selected based on reviews and was happy with the overall experience, huge rooms, hospitality of the staff and decent food.

The Chunda Palace is beautiful and so is the location. A must visit if you want to experience an average palace experience.

Property was good and royal. The room offered was unlike the one shown in picture. Beds are hard unlike usual Chunda Palace beds. Staffs are very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was good. Peaceful property if you want to relax. Most tourist locations and lake view restaurants are near this Chunda Palace. Thank you

Stayed in a royal imperial suite and it was grand and beautiful. No view from the rooms at any floor. Rooftop swimming pool is just magical!
