Amazing I recently stayed at and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern, stylish lobby and the warm welcome from the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist took extra time to explain the amenities and offer helpful local recommendations. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the large windows that let in natural light and offered a stunning city view. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a rain shower, high-end toiletries, and plush towels. What really stood out was the attention to detail – from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the complimentary bottled water and coffee station. The Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa’s restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh, local options, and the rooftop bar had a great atmosphere with panoramic views. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several major attractions and public transport. The staff was consistently helpful, friendly, and professional, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier experience in the city.

Apart from the negligent attitude and avoiding behaviour of staff in the breakfast (laranza restaurant, the overall stay was awsome. The ambience is just too good and the property is superbly mesmerizing. It is worth visiting such a lovely and beautiful Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa. Thanks. Request for refund. Yesterday i have made a Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, Goa booking at guwahati. But since my flight is rescheduled and now i am not going to guwahati. I have lodged a request with mmt executive, however till now, i haven't recieved a confirmation with respect to the refund. Please expedite and confirm.

Hi, The stay at taj Cidade heritage was so good that I can’t describe this in words. Felt so special everyday and every moment …special thanks to Nikita Fernandes who had made our stay even more special. We went there to celebrate our son’s 1st birthday and it was so amazing.. it was wonderful. Nikita has made our stay so comfortable and she even helped us by upgrading our rooms by managing all our requests and by arranging all possible things she could have done . I would love to visit the property again

We loved the stay. Sea facing room was nice and worth the additional cost. There was private access to the beach and access to water sports. Nikita has been outstanding in receiving us and assisting us. Most taj experiences have been great and this stay was another fantastic experience for us.

Perfect location accessible from both north and south Goa. Private beach access. Direct sea view from the rooms. Activities to keep kids and adults busy. Service is impeccable. Highly impressed with service security and food spread. You get more than expected.

The stay was fabulous and the property is huge. We were upgraded to the best room of taj cidade de goa. The food was good. Enjoyed the stay.

The property was very good. But the service of house keeping was poor. Even the staffs near breakfast tables were not responding. Some of the foods were terrible.

Excellent infrastructure and facilities but services can be better and quicker. You get good food but little expensive.
