My recent stay at Rukman Hotels, Jaipur was deeply disappointing and far below basic hospitality standards. We had booked two rooms (106 and 206), both poorly designed with large pillars awkwardly placed in the middle, cutting the usable space almost in half. Moving around the bed itself was a struggle, and managing luggage inside the room was nearly impossible. At check-in around 5:30 pm, we discovered there was no menu in the room. Despite repeatedly calling room service, there was no response for more than 30 minutes, leaving us with no option but to order from Domino’s. Dinner service was even worse. The dining hall was completely empty, yet it took 20 minutes just for someone to take our order, and an unbelievable 30 minutes for just four chapatis. This was, by far, the slowest hotel service I’ve ever experienced. Finally, although the hotel clearly informed us that breakfast would start at 7:30 am, by 8:00 am not even tea was available. We were ready to leave for the airport without breakfast, thanks to their inefficiency. Overall, this was the worst hotel service I have encountered—poor room design, unresponsive staff, extremely slow service, and complete mismanagement. Absolutely not recommended.

The airport is well situated, walking distance from the domestic terminal of the Jaipur International airport. The staff are courteous and the property is well maintained

Nice clean Hotel. But discomposed with Breakfast.. Everyday same menu. Given feedback to F&B team, Hope they will work on it. otherwise good experience.

Very comfortable stay. pleasant stay and well trained and jolly staff. breakfast was delicious. I would like to mention one name here, Mr. Amit Roy, Front Office Supervisor who really helped us and was very generous.

Google Best hotel to stay in jaipur ...staffs are so helpful specially Amit and Saurabh from this hotel helped us a lot in our luggage transfer by going out of the way...thanks to them....highly recommended

Property is located near Airport and convenient to walk towards hotel. Rooms are value for money. Negative review is only about breakfast. It was served cold. Poha and Pakoda were cold and out of taste. Should improve room service as they took nearly 45 minutes to serve lunch.
