Stay, food, staff courtesy are excellent. Special mention to ayes-ha of restaurant who is knowledgeable, very responsible and understands customer food preferences very well one major scope for improvement is gate management by security. There is no restriction of anything entering and exiting CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca. So, with vast open parking, number of stray dogs enter and move around. I have a night mare of a dog pup (around 6 months old) got stuck itself below the chasis of my car parked overnight. When i started the engine, it started making noise. I understood that there is some issue and requested the security team to help. But, not much help came forward. I have to look for a tyre changing shop around and take the help of two youngsters to safely take out the pup without getting it hurt. It took almost 1 hr and i was really helpless in this situation. It got stuck in a critical and closed area in the chassis and not easy to take it out unhurt. So, they need better gate management and client service in such difficulties which is not customer fault

I was hesitating much to guess how it will be in such price range at metropolitan city like hyderabad, as previous experience in same category was not good. When. I saw CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca electronic display board & when my car entered in the porch area, i was extremely happy that my this time selection is valuable. The reception hall is too big, interaction with team was very good, the room no. 2007 provided has ear all doubts and i was in a very pleasant stay at citadel. Every thing was highly appreciable in it's category range as i am frequent business traveller and i enjoyed my very 1 day stay too much. The restaurant and dinning experience was also very good, cleanliness and hygiene was appreciable. My this 1night experience forced me to extend my further 2 days stay in this CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca only and CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca booking through mm t only. Thanks to mm t and citadel CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca and all the very best for great sucess ahead.

Rooms were really good and service was obedient and excellent. Breakfast buffe was awesome and many items to consume and different varieties with many more dishes to try out. No hot water was coming and informed twice in the reception and even to the room boy but none of them bother to ask is it resolved or not. I went with the purpose of visiting the statue of equality at hyderabad and after some search efforts found this CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca close to both places (airport and statue of equality. Hotel is ok, but locality is a bit rough. Food is excellent, but rooms can be much cleaner and neat. Linen needs to be changed after every visitor (i could smell it and didn’t like the idea of using the same linen. Doors of bathrooms should slide smoothly.

The CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca is located near to the airport and some of industrial areas of medical companies and other companies. About the CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca i found it in make my trip and i recommend this CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca. It's a very well equipped CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca with decent staff and the breakfast is simply awesome. I recommend 10 out of 10 for this CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca with rooms are big and service is excellent.

I am very happy with the rooms and the service. The things that were irritating were that they continuously kept playing a single tune through their music system in the corridor. Although they stopped it when we requested them to stop it. The other thing is wifi , it only works when we r in corridor , once we enter room and close the door , the wifi disappears , the other worst thing is the internet speed. It gives only 10mbps speed 😟

Hotel is excellent in service, luxury, ambiance, reception. Comfort. Rooms are spacious. Food is excellent. Best CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca to stay near airport. Only one thing was negative is that the CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca is located in an industrial estate where you face lot of problem booking ola or uber. No food available outside. If you do-not have a private vehicle you have to hoop up lots of money to travel to city.

I found the CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca room spacious, neat and clean. I found no hand towel. Behavior of front desk people were excellent and cooperative. Both buffet dinner and break fast lacked many items, however it was sufficient enough in terms of room rent it charges. I wish to stay again except that cabs from banjara hills were reluctant to give lift in the evening.

I stayed at citadel for 1 night with my family. Rooms were maintained very neat and clean. I wasn't expecting restaurant there as i was informed that it's a convention centre with rooms. But to my suprise there was a restaurant and the food was very good. I totally recommend this CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca.

Good Value for the money near the airport. Hard find the taxi cabs, so have to use the CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca transport with same costs as local travels.

The location was very interior with very limited food options. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom amenities need improvement. The reception staff was not very helpful.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic rooms are large in size and well decorated service staff was very cooperative

We had a comfortable stay here, rooms are quite good with king six e bed, sofa and tv. Room service is also fine. Though location is a bit far but cab connectivity is okay. Cost of food is bit on higher side.

Over all experience was good other couple of things for considering 1. The food was way expensive for few chapati + veg sabji was rs1000 2. Approaching road to CITADEL Hotel By Vinnca and parking space was not well lit
