Excellent Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengaluru. Loved it. Very good room, service and breakfast. They even offer dry fruits for breakfast. Especially for someone who loves fruits and salads it was excellent. I just loved the menu. Coupe of points on drawbacks. The water was just hot, not very hot on the hot water tap, i managed it but not something that is acceptable at this kind of a Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengaluru. They said when the Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengaluru is full this happens. They need to figure out a way to solve it especially in winter. Secondly they don't allow guests in to the room which i guess is quite the same in most Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengalurus but i find this a disadvantage for examples in sterling Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengalurus and few others they do. Bottom line is excellent Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengaluru and value for money, avoid if you have visitors wanting to spend time with you, though there is a nice lounge.

The location was perfect; city centre, commercial capital and all that. The rooms here are amazing, you get all the ammenities you need. I was personally here on a business stay and the staff ensured that my entire stay with them was stress and hassle free. Highest detail to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. One thing you definitely cannot miss is their food. The complimentary brekfast is a bomb but you have to try the other meals as well. Exquisite buffet and impeccable staff.

Rooms was good but no power plugs was working for charging mobiles only one plug was working. They don’t provide room service after 10. 30 pm so if you’re arriving late night you have to come with takeaways as they don’t allow swiggy and zomato. We have arrived around 11. 45 pm they were no one to help with the luggage also. Google location also not at exact location it ends at anand rao circle

Great sound proof room with super silent air conditioning. This makes you sleep well and get up fresh. No noise from the passages ensures that we do not get up hearing to people chattering. The interiors and wash rooms of the room are well done. Good aura and quality of the buffet breakfast. Nice location of property close to church street and cubbon park.

Rooms are ok, basic amenities were missing like mini fridge in the room, etc, house keeping was too slow. And the most disappointing thing was that they charged infant for even milk. Most of the 4 stars and 5 stars Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengalurus provide free food for kids, but here they didn’t. We stayed for a day, overall a good stay i can say

Overall good, complementary breakfast was wonderful, staffs are polite, but room-service was not adequate as per expectations. I requested for hot water in toilet, but no one turned back to facilitate it, or to show how the geyser system works in bathroom. Bedsheets are not changed and had some patch marks.

The property location & food are good, the room was decent for a single person, the staff service was good, and small point bathroom accessories were not up to the mark; they provided on call, but expectations are a little high for this kind of Citadel Sarovar Portico Bengaluru.

We had a wonderful stay at the property staff is very cordial and humble food was good and buffet was lavish we could order the dishes which were not available in buffet also without any issues room was neat and spacious & better than other nearby five star properties
