If you are quite frustrated with the way OYO pricing varies by Citrine Residency, then you better opt for a non-OYO Citrine Residency like this. Citrine provides really good rooms and service for the price. One caveat: They may better provide an iron box and dry this, which I find difficult over there. Aside from that, everything is very open and friendly. really great place for couples.

Good budget Citrine Residency in Perumbakkam. New Citrine Residency, rooms are new and the bed linen is good. They have lift , ac and power backup. Restaurant is in the ground floor of the same building. Food quality is good. Do not go for any Oyo nearby, all are shabby. The location is near the road turning to embassy residency township. You can get Ola and Uber.

My stay at citrine was a pleasant one, the rooms and bathrooms are well cleaned. Room is big enough for 2 people, toiletries are also provided. The Citrine Residency manager was very polite and allowed me to check in early for a nominal fee. Good place to stay for employees working in elcot it park.

The room is very spacious and has all the required amenities. Best value for money. Quick checkin and checkout. A few meters from the main road and very close to elcot sez and global hospital. When i checked in the room, i felt smoke smell the whole room, which was ok after a few hours operating ac.

I am completely happy with my staying experience. Will surely book the same Citrine Residency on my next visit too. Friendly behaviour from staff quite environment. Its safe in the middle of the city. Thank you make my trip and thank you citrine.

Hotel staff is very cooperative. Easy and early check-in facility. Very good locality around the property. If you have work at vita, perumbakam, tambram. Chennai airport is only 15 km distance.

Lots of cigarette smell. Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Hope there won't be any spy cams. Room was good. Mostly boys will be there. Couples will be low but more privacy.

It is good to have a stay at this restaurant if you own a vechicle. Rooms are big and clean. There are no disturbance outside. I tottaly enjoyed being there

Location is near to global hospital and easy to access. Only tiffin is served as complementary and amenities are normal.

Just a quick break after a 8 hour journey. Expectations are met. Silent sleep, good access to food nearby, polite staff, nothing much required
