I recently stayed at the citrus lonavala Citrus Hotel Lonavala and i am happy to say that my experience was nothing but exceptional. From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and impeccable service, and this continued throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was in its place, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The amenities provided in the room were more than enough to make my stay a comfortable one. The Citrus Hotel Lonavala's restaurant served delicious food that was both well-prepared and presented. The breakfast buffet was varied and offered a plethora of options that catered to different tastes and preferences. Being located in the heart of lonavala, the Citrus Hotel Lonavala was in a prime location for exploring the local attractions. The Citrus Hotel Lonavala staff was happy to provide us with sightseeing and dining recommendations that made our trip all the more memorable. Overall, i would highly recommend citrus lonavala Citrus Hotel Lonavala to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in one of the most beautiful hill stations of india. We had booked 3 premier rooms with breakfast and our stay was excellent. Ambience of rooms was good and food was tasty with enough variety. Location wise this property is good. It has big swimming pool and relaxing environment within the property. Coming to the point of service which was really impressing and special thanks to mr mishra ji from restaurant department who took care of our timely food and perfection. Also other guys who were servicing in the restaurant were very cooperative. Reception people were very helpful from from the check-in till checkout. Overall good experience and would definitely plan to be there again.

Overall it was a plea-sent stay, Citrus Hotel Lonavala staff is courteous and well mannered, rooms are good but i doubt the size they mention is not that much, in my case it was mentioned 234 square feet which i doubt but all other things were same as promised. Food was delicious and price was reasonable but few things seemed more expensive such as indian breads, tea etc. Wifi did not work properly, very poor connectivity do had to switch to my mobile data. Rest it has got, indoor and outdoor games, big swimming pool along with kid's pool so a good stay for family and within a reasonable price range.

Citrus Citrus Hotel Lonavala in lonavala is very amazing place for stay. It is very near to the railway station which makes easier to access transportation. The Citrus Hotel Lonavala is situated in such a pleasant location that you won’t experience unnecessary noise rather it would be a calm environment to stay. Rooms were very hygienic, spacious and well maintained. They provided all the toiletries of nice quality. Staff was very friendly, co-operative and helpful. Highly recommended! will definitely book this Citrus Hotel Lonavala again in case we travel to lonavala.

For me a good stay includes three things (1) Rooms (2) Ambience (3) Citrus Hotel Lonavala Staff i must say Citrus Citrus Hotel Lonavala has all this things perfectly intact. the rooms are very much clean and neat. The ambience of Hotel is very calm and peaceful. and the Citrus Hotel Lonavala staff is very much cooperative, i would like to mention the staff person "Gaurav " & " Vishal" are very very helpful. I would not be wrong if i say that 50% credit of my good stay belongs to this two guys. i highly recommend Citrus stay to every person.

The Citrus Hotel Lonavala is a good budget friendly Citrus Hotel Lonavala for family and friends. Pros -location is quite nice, as it's walking distance from the station and main market. -Citrus Hotel Lonavala tarif is priced on a medium range. -room service is quite quick. -staff is friendly and helpful. Cons -pool area needs to be maintained a little better. -game room needs attention as most of the games are in a bad condition. Pool table is small and broken, tt table is worn out. -food is average, but the prices are quite high.

We enjoyed our stay at citrus with family. This was my 2nd visit in last 3 months. Once with friends and next with family and had a great time at both visit. Very close to the main road and bus stand. Hotel. Exactly as shown in pictures. Lot of area to just sit and chill around. Amazing food and lot of variety in complimentary breakfast as well. Supportive staff. Will definitely plan another trip in future as well. Only thing to mention is, it has 2 floors so easy to manage though unless you have a senior person accompanying you.

As we booked the room through MakeMyTrip we really got pretty good discounts here.Room was pretty good along with clean washroom. The Citrus Hotel Lonavala restaurant is a charm of this place along with its live breakfast counter serving decent food which was freely included. We really enjoyed this place with swimming pool and plenty of other indoor games. Working staff is very supportive and humble. We loved this place along with our kids very much to stay in for two days as there is No traffic disturbance here .

Had a really good experience staying for one night. The service was really good. Food was good. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet.I will suggest going to this Citrus Hotel Lonavala if you have a decent budget of 3000 - 4000

The Citrus Hotel Lonavala lobby and swimming pool is good, however food quality is average

I went for a short trip with my family to citrus, lonavala. I would like to quickly share my views about my stay. 1. Room- good 2. Pool- average (kids pool needs to be maintained a bit with cleaning throughout the day) 3. Food- average (restaurant service is very poor- takes lot of time to deliver the order)

Nice and pleasant stay. Though close to the main highway it's peaceful and silent. Had a wonderful stay during this monsoon.

It was really awesome, all the staffs specially staffs from restaurant service were so nice, well behaved . Rooms are well cleaned. Most importantly dinner and breakfast were so delicious with lot of options. We enjoyed in game room (table tennis, carram, chess etc) and swimming pool area as well. Overall it's very worthy experience. Will visit again😍

I booked a delux room for 2 guests. We stayed there for 3 nights. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Hotel and staff is very good : food is good

I stayed at the Citrus Hotel Lonavala recently and the experience was amazing. The staff was courteous. I had a late check in as well. The rooms are decent and spacious. The beds were nice and cozy. The amenities were also good. The room was clean but some of the furniture was a little dirty like the chairs in the room. Pick a garden view room or else you are going to be staring at an empty road all night. The ac did make a lot of noise specially the outdoor unit. Overall a good experience for me

perfect but room are very near to each other rooms some people make lot of noise in night time I hope we will not get same issue in future

Room is clean well maintained. Bathroom is clean and have all things that are required restaurant food is amazing.

Good. I stayed in room 27. There was too much noise in bathroom of exaust fan/ac outdoor unit. Sleep was not good due to noise at night. Rest is okay.
