Location is bit away from market area and finding local conveyance is challenging. Seek guidance from property if you’re not bringing in your own mode of transport. Dormitory provisions not available for driver that’s quite inhumane. Laundry service not available so be careful with your garments. Room heater not available but the rooms are equipped with split ac. King size mattress not available, therefore two single beds are joined together to make a king size bed, unfortunately it’s quite difficulty to sleep in the middle section of the joined mattress as it got protruding edges. Food quality was descent enough but it was quite shocking to find “tawa roti” costing inr 50. Limited option to choose from breakfast buffet. Staff efficiency was descent enough but they really need some grooming to maintain professionalism. Open car parking space is available within the premises. Room was spacious enough and well equipped. Accessing rooms might be difficult for people on wheelchair (or similar, seek guidance from the property staff regarding their preparedness. As off now, except for the swimming pool/ camp fire/walking track there is nothing much to explore in the property.

it was absolutely fantastic experience with citrus prime Citrus Prime Hill Queen Resort. all itinerary was upto the mark. specially the Chief and team was cooked very tasty food and overall hospitality services are really admirable .

Hotel location is perfect. Nice view from every side of room and decent food quality. Rooms are clean and construction is new which gives you wow feeling. Staff behavior is ok and would be better for this price range of rooms.
