Citrus Prime Kanha Resort and Villas

Location and food is good. Amenities and services’ upkeep is not good. Had to change room as floor was very slippery due to use of certain chemical. Had to go through 3-4 rooms as the wooden fixed furniture was not maintained well. Finally decided to go for an upgrade for a better maintained room- but in the room jacuzzi was not working. I told the frontdesk about the same at the end of stay and they gave a lame excuse that if the jacuzzi is not full - it does not work. In reality, they had put a switch under the jacuzzi to make it run directly. I was just tired of complaining for the upkeep. At least wasted 2-3 hours guiding the team towards the same. Food was good - restaurant service was fast.

Very nice experience but the quantity of food is very less at that price. But the overall ambience of the hotel was good.

Property is 10 minute away from Khatia Gate & Absolutely beautiful resort with superb service and amenities. A truly relaxing and memorable escape!

Had a very pleasant stay at the resort.. Definitely recommending it ..Beautiful, hygienic, spacious room.. Polite n courteous staff.. Lunch, evening snacks, dinner n breakfast had a good variety of food options.. Overall a very nice experience 👍

Rooms were excellent and overall feel of the resort is amazing... just that we went in Holi they were short staffed!! I loved my stay

Bad service and food and it’s been a poor experience overall

My stay was pleasant. I booked the property for a single night couple stay but the quality of food and taste is not up to the mark and Service is really poor. Didn’t get any water bottle in my room after calling several times, and even didn’t get food services on time. Taste of food was really bad. Didn’t expected this kind of taste in such a resort, Property, property is clean and averagely maintained

The campus and rooms are of a satisfactory standard but the main sore point is of the food. The food is worse than what you'll get at a wedding. We were only 2 of us in their restaurant and it took 50 minutes to get our order. Moreover the food doesn't have oil, oil has food if you get what i mean. The amount they're charging for night doesn't justify the food they're giving at all!
