City Centre Residency

Staff is courteous and cooperative, especially the Reception team. Service is commendable. Ideal location near to Indira Nagar Metro & eateries all around; both Veg & Non-Veg. Gym is ill maintained. It is in the cellar and lacks proper air circulation. Toilet is clean with 24hrs hot water availability. Breakfast is repetitive, lacks variety and average. But, in addition to Buffet, certain items like Masala dosa, Omelette, scrambled egg etc are supplied based on order without any extra charge. Restaurant service to improve. The food rates are reasonable and comparable with other restaurants in the locality. Car park facility is limited and only in the cellar area. Road to the Hotel is a bit crowded since it is a residential area and close to a popular Hospital. Overall ambience is better.

I have stayed in this City Centre Residency on three different occasions in the last five months. The good things with this City Centre Residency is that it is in a peaceful locality and yet is just by the Indira Nagar metro station & the rooms and wash rooms are clean. They have a buffet breakfast with a reasonable/limited number of options/ Variety, with taste of the food being average. On all the three occasions I have stayed here I was served breakfast by Lakhan. This guy is very good in terms of service attitude and does his work with a smile on his face. He makes you feel home, by taking the extra pain of serving everything at your table itself.

This place is great, it's clean and easily accessible. Great front staff, good decent breakfast and overall a nice warm and comfortable place to be. The rooms are spacious, good internet if you are on business and if you need anything, the City Centre Residency staff are always eager to assist and will go out of their way to find things out. Front reception booked my OLA cab as I didn't have an Indian number - extremely helpful and inviting.

The service is great. The staff was very caring and was very hospitable. At first this City Centre Residency comes across as over staffed but you soon look past it. The biggest peeve I had was the lack of phone service in the room. If you are a tourist and want to call someone in town, you have no choice but to walk down a few blocks to the nearest call centre. The restaurant in the lobby is great - the complimentary breakfast is top notch!

The City Centre Residency is located in residential area and only 2 minutes walking distance from indra nagar metro station. When arrived at City Centre Residency the receptionist said couldn't find my reservation but after showing my mail and text, room was arranged immediately. The area is good only during working hours difficult to get taxi but I think next visit maybe stay at this City Centre Residency again.

Location is perfect. All the electrical worked fine i.e Heater, AC and kettle. Linen was clean. Power plugs are well placed. Toiletries were provided. Improvement needed regarding taste food.

I booked this City Centre Residency via MMT. Good facilities and service with quality rooms and an nice breakfast. It's very close to the Indiranagar Metro station and there are also several amazing restaurants to have lunch and dinner. But there is no fridge and microwave. They charging more when compare to other City Centre Residencys with the same facility.

I had booked another City Centre Residency but it was suddenly canceled due to technical error, and make my trip arranged this City Centre Residency. The location is good. It is near Indiranagar Metro Station and there were many restaurants and other shops. The room was small but enough for single traveler, clean and comfortable. The staff were also good.

Nice location and friendly staff, overall value for money. The best part is very near to Namma Metro, it will be easy to commute in very congestive traffic of Bengaluru city. Nice room will add the value of money.

This is a good City Centre Residency for anyone planning to stay in Bangalore. It is near to all the places and is a very accessible place.

Located center of happening place of Bangalore " Indiranagar" accessible to most of it corridor and transportation hub Central railway station. Hotel is slightly inside and road is very small. Breakfast can be better but rooms are very good . Best for business travelling

This is one of the best budget City Centre Residency, conveniently located near Indiranagar Metro station. The staff and the management are very friendly and supportive. We had a conference in the banquet hall of the City Centre Residency and they had arranged it very well. Good food served.

I will always stay here as I Am totally satisfied. I have been there twice over the last two years and the quality of service has remained to be the best. Very courteous staff and a great breakfast Room service and restaurant food was extremely good. Over all a very comfortable and cozy place to stay.
