Good location but below expectat

This was my first time booking and unfortunately, my stay at City Homes Bonanza Apartment was below my expectations. While the location is excellent, in a nice area with places to eat nearby, there were several aspects that left me disappointed. The biggest issue was the water availability. We weren’t informed in advance that water would only be available from 12 PM to 9 PM. As we were often out during the day, this was quite inconvenient. At night, there was a water tank, but even without using it much, it often ran out by morning. This meant we had to flush manually using a bucket and take bucket showers at times, which felt unreasonable for the price we paid. The apartment itself wasn’t very comfortable. Natural lighting was minimal, as most windows were covered, and the surrounding area had a lot of construction, which affected the ambiance. The air conditioning worked but was tricky to operate, and the fans were quite loud, making it hard to find a balance between being too cold with the AC or too warm without it. Overall, the property felt overpriced for the experience. I’ve stayed in another apartment further up in Bandra for a lower price with 24/7 water and a better overall vibe. However, if location is your priority and you can manage your expectations for a short stay, this might work for you. Personally, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
