The City Lake Hotel was fantastic in terms of cleanliness and room amenities. It’s a new property and very well-maintained.The rooms are sparkling clean and the addition of a mini fridge and locker was a nice touch. The only missing feature at the City Lake Hotel was the facility to prepare coffee/ tea in the room. I need to highlight, my stay was marred by an odd experience with their inhouse restaurant "Koyla". I checked in late afternoon, so had parceled food from outside. When I requested for a plate and spoon, I was told I would be charged , which felt completely unnecessary and off-putting. I am a frequent traveller & have traveled across India and never encountered such a bizzare policy. Due to this, I decided to dine elsewhere and ordered food online inspite of the restuarant having a decent menu, but couldn't shake off the bad impression. Otherwise, the City Lake Hotel itself is great, but the restaurant experience left a bitter taste.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff tries to be helpful in their approach, but often feels understaffed or too busy to attend issues on time. A/c is centralised & does not seem to work as intended or set from the room control display & though there are digital alert systems installed, no one follows or attends on laundry or cleaning calls. Service time is often slow & the restaurant keeps denying orders that might take longer to put on a plate & needs to learn how to handle crowds. I like however, the interiors & the mini fridge. It helps storing food for eating later.

this is a new property, and stay experience is awesome, specially hospitality and service is excellent. rooms are clean and well maintained, facilities here is really mind-blowing. good food is served . very neat and clean bathroom. enjoyed stay of two days here

room was good resturant service is little slow n they don't provide breakfast 😔 but all over i like to visit again with my friends 😊

Everything is perfectly fine i have cut 0. 5 for the door gap in the bathroom and 0. 5 for less options for veg food in menu card

They mentioned sanitation very well in rooms and room service is very good and the staff was very comfortable with guests
