Located in main City. Staff behaviour is very good and supportive. Very attractive accomodation. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. Parking space available. Restaurant food quality is superb 24x7 support provided. But no lift and sometimes hot water not available but City Plaza Hotel staff provides hot water on high priority on your call. Overall its a good place to stay.

Visited for a personal work. Just stayed few hours. Checked-in in the morning and checked out in evening

Checked in early at about 5:30 am. Got the room immediately. Had tea and snacks only. Service is slow and delayed. Only veg is served. Only soap and shampoo pouch given. TV not working. Hot and cold water available. Situated at a good location. Can be preferred but should be ready to follow up for services. Front desk is ready to help. Overall a nice stay.
