Hotel rooms and their service is extremely wonderful. Hotel owner shakeel uncle ji is a very polite, kind, helpful & beautiful nature d person. I and my wife loved his hospitality. He cared like his own children. Uncle ji's son is also a very good person. Very helpful and well mannered guy. We are extremely satisfied with this stay at their City Way Hotel. Whenever we will come to kashmir, we will never search for any other City Way Hotel anymore now. And also i will suggest others to stay at this City Way Hotel only. This City Way Hotel is not less than a home. And shakeel uncle ji is not less than a father. Very caring and lovable person he is. Truly a wonderful human being he is of this generation.
