We easily found the location; it was a very good experience.

Worst hostel experience. Rude staff. Check out check time not given during check in. Guy came at 9.30 and asked us to check out since other guests were waiting, while the check out time was 10 am. They're so unprofessional they didn't even take our id's for check in. They've made house rules which even they don't follow. I have been to 100 hostels around the world. This one is the worst for it's hospitality.

Properties location was good but the very narrow path to entry from main road that slope was a con along with the amenities are not up to mark the room size is ok but the maintenance is not good.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent two-night stay at this hotel in Udaipur. Right from the moment we arrived, things were poorly managed. We reached around 9 a.m. to check if early check-in was possible, but there was no one at the reception, and our calls went unanswered. The person in charge of the reception was actually sleeping in a room right next to the reception area. When we knocked on his door, he didn’t even come out to speak with us — he just responded rudely from inside the room, saying early check-in wasn’t available. That was a very unprofessional first impression. Things only got worse after that. After spending one night at the property, we were suddenly informed that we had to move to their other property due to a plumbing issue. While such problems can happen, the way it was handled showed a complete lack of coordination and customer care. The staff themselves seemed confused — no one clearly knew when or how the move was supposed to happen. Initially, we were told to move our own luggage, and only later did they decide to help. The entire process was chaotic and unnecessarily stressful. Instead of enjoying our trip, we ended up wasting hours dealing with confusion and inconvenience caused by the hotel’s poor communication and unprofessional behavior. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I had a great experience and the service was also excellent. Totally recommend this place if you are travelling to the old city of Udaipur. This place has cute and asthetic interiors, clean rooms and a pretty rooftop which offers awesome view of the city. The show stopper were the pets and specially Bruno!

Food- very homely and delicious Location- the hotel is situated in the centre of most tourist attractions, we could visit most of the places by walk itself, even the streets around the place are filled with small local shops and artisans. Facility- the staffs are very friendly and cooperative, the facilities are also really good for a budget friendly stay. The rooms are equipped with geyser, Ac, beds were also really comfortable

I stayed in the girls’ AC dorm, and the experience was wonderful. The room was clean and hygienic, with fresh bedrolls and clean bathrooms. The hostel cafeteria served good quality meals, which was a big plus. I was especially amazed by the breathtaking view from the rooftop, and the interiors perfectly complemented the youthful vibe of the place. Overall, a great stay—I’d love to visit the property again!
