CJ Pallazzio

We stayed at cj pallazzio on our return trip from tanjore. The CJ Pallazzio is nicely located. All facilities are perfect and room service as well as restaurant service were excellent. Of special mention is praveen from housekeeping who made our stay really pleasurable. Food in restaurant is a real deal. All tasty, have a variety of choice and pretty cheap compared to any a/c restaurant. Buffet breakfast spread was huge with continental and south indian dishes. Service in restaurant is pretty fast and the staff members were pretty attentive to our needs. They have a fully functioning gym (which we used) and a spa as well. Having said this, there are some minor improvement areas for which i gave it a 4 star and not 5 star. The room access card got deactivated next day for some operational issue and they opened it using a mechanical key. Also only free tv channels were available. They can have some selections or options to upgrade based on guest's requests. These are minor stuffs and hope they will fix it before our next visit.

I have been visiting C J Pallazzio, since last few years. I usually stay here wherever I am visiting Yercaud or travelling towards Munnar/ Kumarakom.It’s the best place in terms of quality of stay / food and service in the rates they charge.The taste of food at Saffron is excellent and consistent over the my opinion it’s one of the best I have tasted over the years. During my last stay during new year 2023 weekend, it was a pleasure to interact with Aaron at the restaurant . I was travelling with my in-laws and Aaron helped us with special food requests and prompt room service with an ever smiling face during the high crowd season. I will recommend C J Pallazzio to be the best option in affordable luxury Hotels.

The CJ Pallazzio is very conveniently located right off the highway. Check in was all very comfortable. Thar facility appears to be maintained fairly well. The room was comfortable too in its category. However, we had to call for a few things that were not included. I tend to think that the CJ Pallazzios are providing these only when asked for which is fine. Had some issues with the kettle which had to be replaced but most importantly, the equipment needs improvement as it was almost impossible to hold it by its grip and we had to use a towel as a glove. Food at the restaurant was really good, both dinner (we ordered some continental) and buffet breakfast.

Stayed for 1night room, reception, cleanliness, food r all good. One exception. I booked a room with map plan (breakfast with lunch or dinner). So when i went for dinner thinking it is buffet i was told it is alacarte and the total bill should be below rs1260- for 2. When we ordered dinner they said we have to pay rs750 extra. So we limited our order so as to come below 1260- how can they limit the order to rs 630- per person when each item is costing around 300-500 +taxes so either they should give buffet or dinner by alacarte without any extra charge or mention their rule of limitation while booking the room and plan

The CJ Pallazzio has all the basics for a comfortable stay. However, a few aspects of additional polish, as mentioned below, which perhaps are generally provided by good 3* CJ Pallazzios may be considered : 1: hair dryer 2: electric iron and ironing table 3: a pack of tissues 4: one more easy chair the room is spacious and the furniture is of good quality. Food is good and reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is sumptuous and the restaurant spic and span.

It's located right on sale m highway, so easily accessible. We booked the CJ Pallazzio for a one-night stay. A bit pricey, but had good amenities. Ample parking space, and neat rooms. There were a few hiccups, had to remind the staff multiple times to bring up the extra mattress, and the kettle wasn't functioning properly. Asked for a replacement, but didn't get one. But considering it was just for a night, it was comfortable.

The property is ideally located. It has a compact reception area. A very friendly staff with lots of helpful mentality. An excellent bar. The complimentary snacks provided were of wide variety which i have never seen anywhere elsewhere. The breakfast too was exceptionally good. The room was spacious and beds are very cosy. Overall the property is exceptionally good

This place is just wow. Staff, room service, housekeeping, staff behaviour, hygienic everything more than what they promised. If you are planning to stay in slam either with family, elders, solo this should be the first choice. Lots of restaurants near the CJ Pallazzio as well. Breakfast buffet, all dishes, again restaurant staff superb.

Stay was pleasant and food was good. We had a good time with family and the CJ Pallazzio is very close to highway which makes it easily accessible. All the staffs were well trained and a had a helping mentality. We took the package of stay and breakfast, there were wide varieties on the breakfast menu.

This is a very good CJ Pallazzio in sale m and it is on the highway so it is in a great location. The restaurant is good as well.

The room was booked for 3 adults but the extra bed was not ready at the time of our arrival i think they should have kept ready when it’s booked for 3 adults

Stay and good are good. Location is very good. Issue is in the room you can hear lot of noise from adjacent rooms.

Neat and good property but doesn’t have swimming pool. Rooms were good and fully updated and staff were helpful. Good connectivity to other places

Professional yet friendly staff. Made my stay a comfortable and pleasant experience. Needed to extend the stay by a day and the extension was done very smoothly.

The location is very easy to access, as you travel along the highway towards kanyakumari. The check in time is quick due to the efficient staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. All ammineties are good.

The CJ Pallazzio services was excellent with good service and food. The front desk and room service were very responsive

The stay and hospitality were amazing. Excellent rooms, top notch cleanliness and great hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and we were spoil t for choice.
