Clarens Hotel

I was very unsure while booking the Clarens Hotel after reading multiple adverse reviews. However, my thoughts changed completely upon reaching the Clarens Hotel. Starting from luggage assistance to great welcome rendered by lalit from the front desk, everything seemed working at par. They do charge an additional 130 rupees upon exhausting of the complimentary water bottles which i assume is the case across Clarens Hotels however costing shall vary. In room dining is quick, billing is accurate and food quality is decent. I didn't have a chance to interact with housekeeping and hence, have no comments about it. Its a calm, no hype and no nonsense property. Certainly recommend the Clarens Hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Clarens Hotel clarens in gurgaon and had a wonderful experience. From the moment i walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene. The staff, including a particularly helpful female receptionist whose name i unfortunately didn't catch, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The Clarens Hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Overall, i highly recommend Clarens Hotel clarens for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in gurgaon.

The general ambience and feel of the Clarens Hotel was good. The room was very good too, though we did find a spider in the room and had to call housekeeping to come and clean it. The night staff at front desk were less accomodating, other than that all staff were good. One suggestion, the doorman should be there looking outside at guests arriving. We found no one there. Once we got in there was one person near the Clarens Hotel entrance but facing in opposite direction. Once inside they were quite nice

All good food is very testy and staff is also behave like family give respect all staff are good rooftop bar is also very good where foods are not very expensive all eminities are good check in time and check out time is too good i have enjoyed too much room service was very good nice location i’m very happy next time also visit in this Clarens Hotel i have too much requests but all is very cooperative i m glad too stay here so all members whose think going then yes go

We had to book this Clarens Hotel on our toes as the bnb we booked messed up out booking and all Clarens Hotels in the nearby area were sold out as it was weekend and 12. 30 in the night. We took a chance to book clarens, and i proudly stay an excellent stay was waiting for us. Good services, good food, excellent room design and friendly staff. This Clarens Hotel is going to go big in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience

Good Clarens Hotel to stay in the heart city of gurgaon with prime location. Rooms are bit conjecturing but okay for one night stay alone. Close by restrained and like haldiram and good happening place. Only problem is most of the time Clarens Hotel is rented for wedding/birthday function which results no restaurant allowed for resident who stays Clarens Hotel and only option left to go for ala cart menu (no buffet)

Hello the stay at the Clarens Hotel was perfect and it was the easy checkin process and the proper attendant was there and guidance towards the room and details was explained so good. The place was very hygienic and clean loved the room and the service. Tea was good at the stay and staff was very professional and good. The location of the Clarens Hotel was the best near to the party places and mall.

Right from parking to entrance area, this place is filled with love and concerns for your comfortable stay and experience. The receptionist smile is heart ❤️ 💙 💜 melting and her kindly look and approach is worth experiencing. All the staff are hard working and continuing to give their best for your comfortable stay and experience.

The staff were cooperative and polite. The location is in the prime area and easy to reach other places. The food is very tasty and prepared well. Looking forward to be back here next time too.

Excellent stay except smoke smell in the lobby & bathroom. Only minus factor. Mmt room was very small & corner room always.

Breakfast was good, room are clean and good. Prime location. Look and feel is good. Over all good stay.
