never book this hotel..no backup after lights gone..u will feel heat in the room..staff always ready for argument

The room was pathetic, not at all satisfactory for the amount we paid ! The hotel staff was unresponsive and when we complained about the room we were told that they were fully booked although we booked the room 45 days ago ! Would not recommend this property for people who are claustrophobic!

Rooms were cleans staff was cooperative and polite

Stay is comfortable, but rooms are small and in some room refrigerator is missing. All though rooms are neat and clean, staff is also veri nice.

Service, cleaning and food, all the things was so unsatisfactory, didn't liked my stay at this property as shown in photos and reviews.

I was doubtful about this hotel while doing the booking and the doubt turned out to be true. Property location is not good, hotel needs renovation. Bathroom fittings in our room were broken, furniture full of dust and in torned state. Food is also below average. Breakfast buffet is highly disappointing. Avoid going to this hotel.

Practically room which was given us thats very small height and can get head injuries 🤕. Spoke to hotel but they nt responding for same.

There was some stink in the wash room. TV was not great with less choice of channel and poor reception. The Hotel needs a renovation

*disappointing stay - poor room condition and food quality* rating: 1/5 i recently had the misfortune of staying at clarks inn, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The room allocated to me was in a pathetic condition, resembling an old, worn-out space. In stark contrast, other rooms in the hotel seemed well-maintained and modern. To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar. The dishes i ordered were not cooked well, which was a letdown given the hotel's claims of culinary excellence. Given the hotel's potential, it's unfortunate that my stay was marred by these issues. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address these problems and provide a better experience for future guests. *room tip* request a room that's been recently renovated or maintained. *food tip* double-check the food quality before consuming, and consider exploring external dining options.

The rooms were clean. Staff was very polite. We had a short stay but will definitely recommend. Thanks to mr abide salami for making our stay comfortable.

The rooms were booked deluxe but one of our rooms didnt have proper space. It was smaller in size as compared to the other one. There was just 1 table as a coffee/tea station. No place to keep suitcases. Washroom was small and the food wasn’t up to the mark
