Lift was not working.no heater.had to carry out luggage from 3rd to ground floor with our 2 year old son.no water.no brush!no basic things! We checked in at 12.30 and checked out at 5! Ac was not working properly.Dust in the bed.had to continuously call the reception before reaching no one picked up

My stay was average, but there are several concerns that need to be addressed. The property runs with very limited staff, which affects service quality. There’s no functioning restaurant or basic amenities, and the actual location is different from what shows up on Google Maps (when searching Silent Meadow, KRS Road), which creates confusion. The room rent is on the higher side compared to the services provided. Management appears to be quite careless, and for a brand like Clark’s, this is disappointing. It doesn’t feel like customer satisfaction or retention is a priority. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

Worst service no proper staff to take the guest and serve

No reception, No electricity and nobody to attend our emergency.

It was a good and peaceful stay. Rooms were clean, view was amazing, and staff were humble and helpful. I booked 2 rooms and both were well maintained. Though the restaurant and bar were not open yet, they arranged delicious North Indian food on request. Property is really worth the price.

The breakfast was not good Also the room location view showed in was different

This hotel has closed bathroom with no windows and exhaust not working in entire hotel. staff lied about repair of same and later owner told they don't hav exhaust. This place is quite isolate and in house restaurant is closed. they accepted booking with breakfast and they don't have own kitchen. please flag all these

Nice facility with good amenities. Courteous staff. Near to krs. Away from city congestion. Enjoyed the stay.

Location of the hotel in in k rs road, which is close to main city as well as many tourist destinations. Property has ample parking space. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Recommended for family as well as for group of friends

Rooms and services was good but less food menu and poor quality of foods.

Very poorly maintained property. Bathrooms were smelly, linen had stains all over, very bad cafeteria. Will not recommend this to anyone.

On arrival, hotel denied room availability. After lots of argument, they provided a room as if they are doing a favour. Then, in room service was super bad. Everything felt like dated and not used for very long time. Basic stuff like dth and all not working. No one to fix also. More than everything they charged for water. No complimentary water available. Worst service

Pillows not clean and bed sheets also not clean properly smell coming otherwise ok staff is ok spoken quietly

The stay was alright, the rooms were okay. But there was no restaurant service at the hotel.

Receipt-ion desk: however at the desk was not keeping a smile when we check in, check out and whenever we reach for any enquiry. Rooms: was spacious, well maintained mattress and bedsheets spreads, clean bathroom. Room was having air conditioner also. Having a good view of the agriculture fields in the day time. But in the night time small fly insects approach even though glass window is closed. Food and drinks: there's is only 1 electric kettle with tea bags, coffee jackets 2 each with milk power and sugar. Didn't provide bottle water as complimentary. On saturday we got breakfast at room. But on sun-day breakfast not available. No decent hygiene restaurants around 6 kms. Every-time we plan site seeing and restaurants inside city and came to sleep only in hotel. Location: it's kms away from outer ring road. Brindavan garden is 10kms away on one side. And srirangapatinam rangantitu bird santrury is 12 kms on other side
