It was really pleasant stay for our 3 nights 4 days booking. On our request the deluxe room was upgraded by front desk manager mr. Nirvoy to executive room with great view of background fort. The people are very nice and cordial like mr. Mangal & tushar at front desk and ms. Sneha at bridge restaurant. The consecutive 3 days breakfast served was really good. Even our buffet dinner was of very good taste with nice arranged desert at the counter. House keeping and room service was very prompt and people are very courteous. We strongly recommend this Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior over radisson Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior as far location and service is concerned. Keep it up as to maintain your reputation in years to come. We were touring gwalior and selected clarks inn suites, based on our past stays at their Clarks Inn Suites Gwaliors in lucknow and jaipur. We'll appointed rooms with clean upkeep. Courteous staff and an excellent restaurant. The chef prepares exceptionally good non-veg dishes and the breakfast spread will satisfy all palates. Gwalior being a tourist destination, the Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior should set up a travel desk to guide and facilitate visits to the various places within and around gwalior.

The Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior is located on phool bagh almost close to all sight seeing. Zoo is just opposite and gopachal parvati jain temple is on the same road at walking distance. Jai violas palace and gwalior fort too are in 3-5 km area. Next to Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior there is a mall where pure veg food court and other shops are available. The room service is good. Hotel staff is supportive only cons is we found room size smaller otherwise we had good stay.

Clark's inn is a nice Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior situated near the railway station and on open road so becomes very accessible. The room was well kept and clean. Washrooms were clean as well. The breakfast food palate was diverse and tasty. I would recommend the Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior for stay in gwalior. I hope the other guests have the same experience

Good ambient and well trained staff. Food quality and variety is good.

Lovely stay. Very clean. Staff very friendly especially sneha but had to ask quite a few times for anything for example, more towels and an iron. Room card did not work. Spa unavailable and pool had a lot of leaves in and was cold. Gym equipment was faulty.

Neat and clean place. However room sizes are small. Had booked deluxe - was told we are upgrading to some other type for free and that too was too small. Don’t know what size had been the earlier one or it was just marketing
