Clarks Khajuraho

Had a pleasent stay. Staff was polite and helpful.The ambience of the property was peaceful.But the room was quite far from the entrance area.

Location was great, so near to the Airport, enjoyed your hospitality. Rooms are spacious, food was good , courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay Thanks

My stay was nice. property was very good. Breakfast was good and variery of items available. The staff were very nice and cordial.

I recently stayed at Clarks Hotel Khajuraho in a Delux room. While the staff were very courteous and attentive, and the food was good, I had a few concerns that I'd like to highlight. The Queen Bed size wasn't comfortable, especially with children sharing the room. The hotel's large area and lack of lifts made it a bit challenging, particularly for old age people or those with walking difficulties. The expansive layout, while beautiful, required a lot of walking, which wasn't ideal for everyone. Overall, the hotel has its pros and cons. If you're looking for a pleasant stay with good service and food, Clarks Hotel Khajuraho is a decent option. However, if mobility is a concern or you're traveling with kids, you might want to consider these factors before booking.

All good,awesome breakfast with variety of menu, best service they provided. one issue was there,washroom drainage was worst

I went to Orchha with my family. Orchha is a very small place. This property is located at a waking distance from all the attractions. Food, amenities and services were also good. However, I felt it’s a bit overpriced property.

Worst and horrible service stinking dirty water no water to drink stinking rooms with no ac working and all it shall shut down immediately

Food served in the breakfast was very good..... property is a bit old needs new renovation ....swimming pool with the depth of 2 to 3 feet is needed for kids to enjoy in the pool

Clarks is situated on the road towards the temples, from railway station and Airport. Things I liked:The property is a sprawling, beautiful campus.Looks good. Staff it polite. Things not so good: 1. Limited food options, 2.too costly - Rs 300 for a sweet Tomato Soup. My taste for soup has gone bad for like :D 3. Too small bathrooms, you cannot stretch your arms while bathing. I would rate : 3/3.5 out of 5

This property is very good. Stay is very comfortable. Staff and their behaviour is very pleasant. Food is good. Pool is very nice. Overall nice experience. We enjoyed a lot.

They are one of a kind hotels, i must say. To start with- food is absolutely pathetic don't even try it, I was served cold food and then on exchanging they served the same dish raw. Services are just pathetic, I mean omg how can someone be so bad when they are in hospitality line. Last and the most important the staff is rude and not polite at all. I came around 1030 to the hotel and called room service they didn't pick up, called up front desk/reception a man called Rajaram picked omg that guy was so rude- his reply was it's none of my business to serve you plates if room service isn't picking up keep trying, I mean really? this is how they run hotels with such staff and bad food. The swimming pool was green on asking I was told it rained hence chlorine changed colour, leaves were floating on the pool

I recently stayed at Clarks Khajuraho, expecting premium hospitality from a 5-star resort. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service, misinformation, and unprofessional conduct, particularly from staff member Key Issues Faced: GST Billing Ignored Repeatedly Despite multiple requests, my GST number was not added to the final bill, even though it was provided well in advance. This reflects administrative negligence and causes financial inconvenience to business travellers. Uncooperative Behaviour by Mr. Raja Mohan He pressured us for early checkout, citing full bookings for the coming three days. However, MakeMyTrip showed over 10 vacant rooms, . When asked about a drop to the railway station, he quoted Rs. 400 if arranged by hotel and Rs. 800 for an outside taxi, stating Rs. 400 goes to hotel accounts. But the next morning, he refused to arrange any taxi at all, leaving us stranded. Ultimately, we had to arrange a taxi ourselves for just Rs. 200, proving we were misled. For a hotel that claims to offer 5-star services, this lack of courtesy, transparency, and accountability is shocking. I sincerely hope the management reviews internal conduct, ensures proper billing compliance, and improves guest service standards. This review is intended to inform fellow travellers and urge Clarks Khajuraho to uphold the values expected from such a reputed brand.
