very poor service, it was more than 2 hours and order was still not delivered, when asked manager they said ask restaurant manager rooms don't have locks even bathroom no locks at the time of checkin room was not clean we have to wait 3 hours

Terrible stay... Geysers, fans were not working.. food quality was worst.. sewerage was overflowing.. overall very bad experience.. couldn’t sleep because of drunkards at hotel making noise till 3 am..

Stay was very comfortable, everything as we were expecting, the room was comfortable, and the property was clean. Food was good in taste. The caretaker was very good, and we can recommend this property to others

It's very terrible hotel I really don't like it it's horrible I am not at all happy with their management it's so hot already and their fans are not working and we complaint about multiple times but they didn't do anything about the issue bathrooms are not neat and clean ....in the room there are no of insects and they told us this is the river side hotel that's WHy ....I mean this is a terrible hotel ....I am not happy at all......I am very disappointed. It's horrible....really it's very bad please do something 🙏and one more issue there wifi is not working and if we asked them they are saying that wifi is not working in the rooms like what is this .....

Rooms are good but service is poor and cleanliness is also average. Price of the property is higher as per the facilities.

Poor hospitality. No quality of food. Even they no bed sheet changed. After request they changed. They have no prper strength of staff only 2-3 people to mange.

It was a excellent stay. The hotel is right by the river and easy access. They offer good food, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel staff was very accommodation and provided us the required support as we had a 2 years old daughter with us. Please do not expect 24hrs service as the hotel staff go back to their home at 10. 30 and return hotel by 8am in the morning.

No ac in hotel no wifi only connects near lobby or reception. Filled with alcohol drinking people. No yper in bathroom, very rude girl on reception. Manager and waiter good

Location was nice near the river. Room size are big and clean. Location sent by mmt was wrong, need to call the property to find the exact location.

Shortage of staff as they supposedly had more guests so they couldn’t serve us well. Only veg buffet with limited options. Shouldn’t be called a buffet in this case if you serve only 1 dish in both breakfast and dinner. Too many flies in the dining area. Room wasn’t clean when we entered it. Blood stained bedsheets! the list goes on and on and i will never visit this hotel ever again! i felt so embarrassed of my choice.

Location was good, hospitality services was not good. Tv was not working. The washroom was used and dirty when i check in the room. Staff refused to serve food in the room. Buffet timing was delayed.

There was no water supply for the time period I totally stayed there. it was very terrible to stay there without water with family and small kids. Wastage of my ₹.

No water, no electricity and the rooms were not ready till 4. 00 pm

No ac, bad food, no action if you ask anything. View was on a dirty construction side. Tvs with no recharge. Useless staff. Every guest was suffering. Even after reading bad reviews, i booked thinking how bad could a 5k hotel be. They proved me wrong. It should be a 1k hotel. Don't book even if you are out of options.

Superb stay. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Staff is very cooperative. Best part was stay that manager mr. Arid-am ghosh was very nice and cooperative. Foods was delicious. Overall 10 out 10.

Nothing as shown in the pictures. River is just a stinking nalla. Location is good. Rooms are big enough. But water problem is acute. Staff is sincere. Rates are very high.

This property is at sadhupul, just at the bank of aasan river. Location is really good for nature lover. It's in the lap of mountain. We went on a week day. So was all empty. Staffs are courteous. Food was good.
